    On 11/2/24, I contracted for two tiki boats for a 3 hour tour to pick us up at our hotel in ***********, ** on 11/29/24 by this company. I was immediately charged for the amount of the boats plus a surcharge for extra fuel. I was in constant contact with ****, and employee who assured me that we would be picked up by 10:00 am that day. It was a holiday weekend and we had a big group who had various travel plans. The day before, I received a text that they were having a problem with one of the boats but it should be resolved by the morning. That morning, I received no communication until after 12:00 noon, stating they would not have one boat. I was then strung along most of the day, told the boat was coming, and should be there any minute and nothing was in sight. at 3:00 pm that day, one boat showed up for our group of 20 people and it only fits 10. The captain then proceeded to take 7 of us out for only 2 hours. This business is deceptive, unprofessional and does not provide the services they were contracted. I have tried to resolve this with the company directly to no avail. I did everything that I said I would do and the company continue to lie to me and complexly messed up our holiday at *********** with its deceptive practices.

    I have been promised a refund for the mishandling of our Tiki Boat Tour that was originally scheduled for 10/18/24. Promises of a refund have been made since 10/26/24. This company is no longer responding to me at all and a refund has not been processed to date. Attached:Draft of the the message that was sent through their contact us form on their website Copy of most recent emails including screen shots of text conversations with promise of refund.

    I am rejecting this response because I have been promised a refund since late October with no follow through. A refund is the disired outcome and I will consider accepting this as a resolution once the refund is actually processed. To date, there is still no refund to my card.
