    The phone I received worked only twice and now I am unable to make or receive calls. I need this phone because I have medical issues and I need to be able to call 911 in an emergency. They claim my Debit Card can't be verified.

    Where and when did you purchased that device?
    Which model did you purchased?
    It turns on/off but no service? Did you check with your local provider? We do not offer carrier service as we only sell the mobile phones to be activated with your own mobile carrier,

    Okay, let me start from the beggining. i applied for *** and got approved.my *** account was linked to my verzion bill which is my current internet service.i recieved a tablet in the mail by some [ i assume ] government program which i did NOT order, called sky devices this company on their own accord decided to automatically take my *** benefit from my current verzion bill and apply it to this tablet. once again i have never applied or ordered this tablet.i tried to contact them, when i got a representive in their chat online the guy just told me he cant help me and to give their company a call, however i have called twice and sat on the phone waiting for longer than an hour each time but yet i haven't recieved a single response to de-enroll.so i contacted my landlord which works for the district attorney of ******* and he told me to check the better business bureal... and it seems im not the only one with this issue.. this company is doing some illegal black marketing stuff where they take customers information and automatically apply the *** benefits.

    I signed up for one of your Sky Devices. I saw a woman under tent with free government phone she was getting set up. I been having this phone for about 5 months didn't realize the cell phone was a scam and I'm not trying to jail for fraud. Just found out the phone for ******, ****** , ***** , *****, ****** plus more.Then! The phone is still in good condition it stay charged all day. Just by finding out this Sky Devices Company isn't with the better business bureau is not BBB Accredited.
