    I signed up for the McGruff package to help find my kids in case they go missing. I was finally talked into doing it as I kept putting it off due to feeling like it was a scam but heard great things! When I did speak with someone through the whole interview (November 2022) they told me they would be emailing me my digital package and I would receive my mailed package within a few weeks. I never received either of these things. I waited over 3 months, and finally called and emailed them with no response to my voicemails (3 of them) or emails trying to follow up (3)I gave this company full trust in my children's information and it really makes me worry what they did with that information now. I will not be recommending them to anyone and will steer people away from doing the McGruff packages.

    Requested child safe mcgruff kit. Wont provide info to me, grandma. Want parents present and they dont live here. Asked for husbands name and wont meet with me without him. Wanted to schedule a zoom meeting??? Weird. Said they can schedule it with me but couldnt they get personal and IP info from zoom? When I said husband cant take off work, they ended the call.
