    I am writing to request your assistance in resolving a reimbursement issue related to the rental of Unit 1022 at the * *****************************Despite my efforts to resolve this matter directly with the property manager and involved parties, I have been unable to recover the payment I made for the rental.On July 15, 2024, I signed a lease agreement with the ****************** for Unit 1022, which was to be rented from October 20, 2024, to October 28, ******* part of the arrangement, I made a payment of $6,370 via my American Express card through ****** to a company called Press Pro, as directed by **** ******, a representative of the *******************However, on October 3, 2024, Ms. ****** informed me via ******** that the property owner was no longer willing to rent the unit. She also stated that a refund had been issued through ****** on that same day.Unfortunately, I have not received the refund despite numerous follow-ups with ******************* and American Express.Given the lack of resolution and my status as a frequent guest of the * ***************** Residences, I kindly request your intervention or guidance in addressing this matter. I would greatly appreciate any support you can provide in facilitating the reimbursement or in contacting the responsible parties on my behalf.Please let me know if you require any additional documentation or details to assist in this matter. I have attached relevant correspondence and proof of payment for your reference.Thank you for your time and attention to this issue. I look forward to your response at your earliest convenience.

    ****** ****** agreed on March 10 2025 to be refunded once a month via ****** until he is refunded in full. This transaction was not affiliated with Press Pro as his lease agreement states otherwise. Please see attached communication confirming he agreed to this payment arrangement. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have never agreed to be refunded in multiple payments, all the more 100 $ a month !!!!!

    She owes me 6300 : 6300 divided by 100 = 63 months, which is 5 years....  Lets be reasonnable, I am not going to wait 2030 for the refund.

    What Miss ****** from press pro production provides does not show my agreement. see my attached files as proof of my non agreement.

    I have already said that multiple times to Miss ******. I sent her 6300 euros payment via ****** as Venmo and ***** does not exist in ******* 

    As I have already told Miss ****** I am not a bank. I paid what I was asked to in one payment in July, I want a refund in one payment. Miss ****** said that she was waiting for getting a lump sum in order to pay me : I am waiting.

    The transaction was for renting the unit 1022 in the ******* on ******************. The lease agreement was sent to me by Miss ******, partner of ****************** which is not listed  in Better Business Bureau. Miss ****** says that the transaction is not affiliated with Press Pro : so why did I received a stripe payment from Press Pro then ? see attach file #5

    I agree on beeing paid in no more than 6 months which would take us to October 2025 at which point it will be a full year since I should have been refunded. This is a reasonnable and fair solution.

    ****** accepted the first payment of $100 via ****** on March 15 from me so I assumed he was ok with this arrangement as he didnt text or email me after saying it wasnt ok and I emailed and texted him proof of payment after he confirmed I had the correct ****** account to send the funds to. I also told him I am working on getting a lump sum so I can pay him back more per month. I want to get him paid back as soon as possible. I will continue to send him monthly payments if he agrees via ****** to the address I sent the 1st payment too.

    As I have already wrote, I only agree to be refunded as quickly as possible the total of 6370 $.

    Just for a reminder I should have been refunded already 6 months ago, October 2024.... It shows that I am patient and calm.

    Miss ****** wrote me in February (see attached files) that she was working on getting a lump sum : it has been more than 2 months, I think it is way enough. Let stop proposing, assuming, working on doing somthing I want acts.

    Where is my money ? I sent it to her in July, she cancels the rental in October, why do I have to wait to be refunded ?

    I agreed to be refunded in maximum of 6 months, begining in April 2025 and finishing October 2025.
