    I had a terrible experience with this company. I was making arrangements for my family who was flying back into town. Since it was a long international flight I wanted to surprise them by picking them up with a Limo service. I found this place online and thought it would be perfect since they were flying into Miami international airport. I called the company and spoke with an employee, he assisted in scheduling the pick up as I verbally told him 7 AM is their pickup time. The morning of their arrival no one was at the airport to get them. I called the company numerous times wondering if they were just running late or possibly at the wrong terminal. When I finally got a call back from them I had already left work at this point and was on my way to Miami since this was a 60min drive for me. The company Limo In Miami, LLC called me back apologizing for the misunderstanding and informed me someone from the finance department would be reaching out in regards to my refund, they ensured me I had nothing to worry about and that I would get my money back. A few days pass I call them again and they inform me they will only give me a credit back to use for a *********** service. I was frustrated with this decision since this was a mistake on behalf of their employee setting the wrong pick-up time. A few more weeks pass and out of no where I get the full price charged out of the bank account. When I reached out to the company they changed the recipe to say 7PM and told me I approved this timing, which is clearly not the case, and they wont be giving me my money back. This is truly the most unprofessional shady business I have ever interacted with. I suggest anyone thinking about calling this company look elsewhere because I dont want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. Not only is it wrong to take peoples money and change documents for their own benefit but this is also extremely unsafe. This company finds that it is more important to scam people out of their money
