    My experience with Gentera weight loss program was horrible. Prior to starting the program I informed the staff that I lived in another city and I asked if it would be an issue for me to start the program and take the supplement injections home. They informed me that would not be a problem. The initial trip I went to get started. On the second trip inwas informed that they would give me the injections to take home. Unfortunately, to my surprise that claimed that they did not have them in stock. The receptionist then informed me that they would have to share me an extra $85 to ship the injections to my home. After complaining to the program coordinator, they shipped two (2) or the final three (3) injections. I called to inquire about the 3rd injection, they than informed me that I would no longer be getting the four (4) injections, that they would only be giving me two (2). I informed them that when I started the program I was advised that I would be getting four (4) weight loss injections for five (5) weeks. They never honored the program agreement and since then they have not responded to any of my correspondence. They initially made this program sound as though if you followed the guidelines and the meal plan (which I did not receive until approx 2 and half weeks after I started the program) that I would achieve my goals.I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the horrible service I received. I requested to be reimbursed for the last week of injections that I did not receive. I have not heard anything back from them. I have reached out via Instagram, they have read my messages and have not responded.I feel as though I have been taken advantage of and I was scammed out of $1850.
