    On Thurs Nov 03 22 at 2pm, I took my BV350 scooter to Vespa Miami to make an appointment:(Attach Pic). The BV350 had ***** miles on it, the scooter was ************* no engine problems at all, except my coolant temperature going up very normal on this kind of scooters, also a very easy fix by topping up the missing coolant.On Fri Nov 11 2022 at 1pm I took the BV350 to Vespa Miami for the appointment:The BV350 had ***** miles on it.(Pics). To prevent causing any damages I only drove the scooter for 8 miles in 8 days, again the scooter was ************* no engine problems at all when driven to their shop.The attendant ******* told me the service would be ready around 3/4pm on the same day,Asked me to sign on the back of the work order# ***** but never gave me a copy.On Saturday Nov 12 2022 at 5:51pm the attendant called me to say she had bad news while the mechanic called **** was test driving the scooter around the block for (9 miles) the engine seized, the electronics worked but the engine itself would not turn over and the BV350 had to be pushed back to the shop, as I've asked for details, **** took the call and started yelling denying responsibility saying it happened because the coolant level was low, miles on my scooter now *****. The mechanic clearly damaged my vehicle, the possible cause of action was negligence.He is at-fault and the shop should to pay for repairs.Their job was to take every precaution and care for the vehicle properly while in their possession.Damaging it is the opposite of that.I did read the fine print carefully and didn't sign releasing liability.(Attached Pic).I've attempted to contact Vespa Miami to resolve this issue, but they have not responded accordingly. Please HELP me resolve this issue.This is my daily driver, for over a week, I'm having to make different transportation arrangements to go to work.Please let me know if you need any further information.
