    In April of 2023 I asked to leave this all access pass with WeWork as I would no longer be able to utilize the service, moving out of state.. I was told it was very easy to cancel this plan and re-start later if I happened to move back. So I signed exit paperwork through a link in an e-mail with my understanding that my membership was ending April 30th, 2023. Apparently they mishandled my communication, and automatically started my membership without my permission... They show my signature, but I signed a simple link form that showed me one page that I saw totally unaware I was signing two agreements. Again, it was one link and an odd checkout to exit, not thorough, just a quick signature. My only agreement I agreed to was ending my membership on April 30th, 2023 and I did it on time with due diligence. I haven't used this service since April of 2023, as I haven't even lived in the state the service exists since that time.This has caused a running balance on my credit card for months, unnecessary finance charges and lowered my credit score. I want this unauthorized second agreement null and void and charge I didn't authorize refunded to my card immediately.

    Dear *** or Madam,In 2019, they had a trivia question on ********* If one was the first person to correctly answer the question, a one week pass to WeWork would be offered. Unfortunately p, I never got around to actually claiming it and I dont know who to contact. Kindly ask them to drop me an email. Thank you.
