      I bought items & didn't receive all my items.Stein refuses to send or refund my item.Buyers beware. If this happened to me it could happen to you.I'm thankful it was under a $5.00 item.Its the principle of buying off line and not receiving everything you paid for.Very bad customer service and not a good experience.

      Horrible company! Stein Mart makes every effort to make customer service impossible to reach. So Buyer Beware! Spare yourself the frustration and do not do business with them. And the clothing is only fair quality.

      Online scam with this company. Ordered an item no updates called the numbers listed no answer or disconnected did the online chat it just repeats the same responses. Never been scammed before which is the reason I dont order online. I want my refund

      I ordered a pair of pants on line and never got them. There is no number to call and I sent 21 emails.

      I ordered 2 of the same purse online. And only received one. Spoke to Steinmart reps 3 times 1st said I would have my package by the end of the week I called mid week and was told someone would be in contact with me. Nothing! I called back end of week and was told my package is in the warehouse The last rep overtalked me. I asked for a supervisor and was told I would get a call in 48 hours. This is my 1st and last time ordering online with steinmart. Totally wasnt expected to be treated this way. Open your stores back up. The customer experience was so much more professional and exceptional. Too bad
