    I purchased a order last week from Truly beauty and I received it today three of my items were missing out of my package and a message truly beauty through customer service and they try to say they will go ahead and refund me my money back and they never refunded me they lied to me and then some guy name ****** sent me an email saying that Im not going to get my money back he doesnt even try to ask whats going on or solve the problem I dont like to be lied to I dont like to be ripped off and I found out that I am not the only one going through this there is a truly beauty scammed me page on ******** that a lot of people are posting on having the same problems or other problems and there was somebody else and they dealt with ****** before and he did the same thing to them so can you please help me get my money back so I dont get ripped off here is a picture of what I ordered What I received in the conversation with the representative seen they will refund me and never did

    March 30 2022 I ordered merchandise that was lost by **** and never delivered. I attempted to contact customer service, without success. I then began a charge back with my credit card company. Truly Beauty provide some kind of evidence to my credit card company that I did receive the product. I did not receive any merchandise the tracking number still to this day does not say delivered. My credit card company and I are still fighting this charge for merchandise I did not receive. Order #Truly547679, **** tracking #**********************.
