On 4/14/24 I received an email from ******* with a parking receipt stating I had parked a the ******* premier valet parking from 4/9/24-4/14/24. ******* billed my credit card for $83.50. I did not park at this lot during this time frame. I immediately called the number listed numerous times over the last two day to explain the error and get a refund. I also sent an email as noted on their website. Each time I called the prompt for customer service has a message that the mailbox is not set up, I tried numerous prompts on the phone system and have not been successful reaching a human. I also resent my email outlining the error and a request to get the money refunded. No one has responded to the multiple emails. I need help getting this addressed. I am now going to have spend time with my credit card company opening a formal dispute over the error. It's very frustrating that there is no way to get a response from this company. There is no one who actually answers the phone. I'm concerned that ****** is scamming me out of money since they have access to my account that was set up on their website for when ***********. I have since removed my credit card info from the site but I expect they still have the info.Business Response

I sincerely apologize that you were incorrectly charged. The wrong account was attached to another customer's ticket. That was an error on our part when the ticket information was entered. As you will see in the attached receipt I have refunded you the amount incorrectly charged to you. Also, we upgraded our phone system and the process clearly did not go smoothly. I apologize for you not being able to contact us, but I can assure you that it was not on purpose.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

There is a parking sign in large letters that says $20 for parking and then in very small letters. It says $40 daily rate. It's very misleading. When I tried to leave expecting a $20 bill I was charged forty dollars for going over the five hours by just thirty minutes. I tried to get help from the attendant and from the help button from the kiosk to no Avail. No one could help me or adjust the ticket price to twenty dollars and I did not have forty dollars to pay. The alleged security manager came out and did not try to diescalate the situation at all and try to bully and ****** me into figuring out a Way at 3 am in the morning to get money from somebody else to pay the bill. The local police were even called in. The attendant tried to get me to give her $20 cash to let me out but I didn't have it in cash it was on my debit card. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I'm appalled by everyone involveds behavior.Business Response

On 17 Apr 2023 an employee on LAZ Florida Parking fell asleep at the wheel of their shuttle at the *****************. The driver crashed into 4 vehicles. I of the vehicles was my wife's van. There was significant damage to the vehicle and when my wife arrived to the vehicle after her flight, she was surprised that there was no assistance to make the situation right. LAZ is insured by Liberty Mutual who is also making our life a living H*** I am currently deployed and my wife and kids were stranded at the airport. My wife has been treated poorly and completely disrespected. When my wife returned, it was very late (actually early morning), and she was left to fend for herself. She had to coordinate her own shuttle home which was over 200 dollars and there has been no attempt to make things right. Both LAZ and ************************ has made no attempt to contact ** about the claim or fixing our vehicle. We have 6 kids and my wife has been without a vehicle now for three days. This has forced us to file a claim through our own insurance as to not be without a vehicle any longer. This has caused a great amount of stress and anguish to my family that will never be forgiven. ************************ is just as much to blame and have done nothing to help. I am completely astonished at the complete lack of respect and compassion for a Mother of 6 in distress in the middle of the night for a problem that LAZ Florida Parking was 100% at fault. I am speechless! I am currently deployed and have been trying to fight for my wife and kids across the country. There will never be forgiveness for how my wife and family have been treated by LAZ.Initial Complaint

I parked today Monday 2/20/23 on the parking garage located in the ******** building (Laz Parking) Price there on Mondays is is less than $10, today we paid $30, we were told by the parking attendant it was because of the ************************** and that tomorrow it'll be original price. There were no visible signs near the ticket stand of this enormous price increase. This is price gouging. We were there for exactly 58 minutes. How can they justify charging $30 for less than an hour? We would like to obtain a refund for the overage in payment. Thank you.Business Response

In response to the complaint. The event in the area was the Coconut Grove Arts Festival and it was during President's *** weekend, Sat-Mon. There was signage at the entrance advertising $30 flat rate all day during those days.There were also flaggers and ambassadors greeting everyone at the entrance and reminding everyone there was a flat rate due to the event. Some customers turned around and didn't park at the garage when they saw the flat rate price. Unfortunately given the fact that there were signs showing the flat rate as well as ambassadors the customer had the opportunity to not park in the location. On July 19th, I checked into the ************* in ************ ** for a conference. I was informed upon arrival that the paid parking was for Valet only and not for me to utilize hotel parking. I asked if I could park my own car and they told me I could not. I was there for 5 days and never requested my car during my stay. I checked out on July 24th and upon receiving my car, i immediately notices scratches on my bumber under my trunk as i was loading my bags. I walked around my car and found additional scratches on both sides of my vehicle. My car did not have those scratches as it was wrapped by the dealer when I purchased only 6 months prior. I have filed a claim with the company and they have rejected it claiming no evidence they did the damage. I asked why evidence they needed and no answer. These people are obviously cramming cars into the parking area and not taking responsibility for the damage that causes. As a business, you are responsible for making sure my vehicle returns the way I gave it to them. This is a $65,000 vehicle that I have paid extra to try and protect the exterior. It is heartbreaking personally and totally unfair that they can do this without and repercussions.
