    In March 2024, I signed up for a 3 day virtual class from Darren Hardy. The cost was $695. I had no idea it was $695 per month for 12 months! Nothing on their website for this class mentions $695 per month for 12 months. I would never have committed to $8440 for a 3 day class. When I called to protest, I was told the class really did cost $8440. The company has offered other AI services accompanying the class that I have not accessed. When I pointed this out, they told me that those were gifts., but during the class I remember them saying the gifts lasted for 12 months. They maintain that the class is what cost $8440. I do not believe this to be true. I did not discover that they were billing me until they had taken $2085 from my credit card. I have disputed it.

    In the above referenced complaint, the member is disputing that our website showed the accurate price and that she didn't know the payments were to be monthly, however, it is very clearly stated on our website when purchasing. (Please see attached screenshots). Further you have to verify and confirm before the final purchase. I am not sure how she missed it as you have to click on it to make a payment. She also attended the entire Business Master Class and should not be given a refund as she participated in the entire class. We do not feel that this is a legitimate claim against our company.

    I ordered a book from this business and now they are saying I signed up for their Jumpstart program. I never signed up for this program and have sent several emails asking them to cancel the ***** charge they charged me on the same day I ordered the book. This ***** is reoccurring for the next six months. I told them I will contact you and my bank if this charge is not refunded. Thank you.

    Only after 3 e-mails and me threatening to go to the Better Business Bureau and my bank did the company finally agree to give me a refund. This company has a very shady way of doing business. Thank you BBB for all you do!

    I responded to a ******** ad for free book on 2/11/24: The Entrepreneur Roller Coaster by the author. The ad mentioned that the book is FREE provided I pay for the shipping of the physical book. I opted to get the free book after entering in my credit card information, I click to complete. Then another page popped up with an offer for course. I did not want this offer so to complete the order, I click on some button and then I was immediately charged with the first installment, $175 of 6 installments for this course eFASTPASS, that I did not order, want, or authorized.I immediately completed a form on their website explaining that the order was in error and requested a refund. There was no phone number posted on their website.By 2/13/24, their customer support responded stating they regret of this error and in order for them to refund the charge, I am required to complete their 4 module course. This course I never agreed to purchase. The person will not escalate me to another person for resolution and stuck to their "policy" that I complete this course module. The experience felt like a bait and switch, where the "free book" was the lead magnet for this course they are selling.

    The company charged my credit card without confirmation. I never wanted the course and will never login. They are forcing me to login and take the course so I can cancel. I had purchased a free book and was charged for shipping. This is a confirmed charge. That is all I wanted. I didn't want a course. There was no confirmation that they will be charging me for the course before they charged it.There are no phone numbers on the site. I did not confirm a charge to my credit card for any course. There is the only one person in the company that has say in this matter apparently.

    Darren presented you with an option to upgrade to the program,
    and you would have had to click the big red button that says
    YES to accept it. Which you did. With that being said, we know that we aren't for everybody. And we can see that this isn't the right fit.

    I spoke to my team and was able to get a HUGE one-time
    exception to do what you are asking.

    WeI will get this canceled and refunded today, and you should
    be seeing that back in your account within a few business
    days.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Cancellation and refund is satisfactory. 

    This company would have to send me a check for the refund for what they charged on my credit card so far.  I don't use my credit card anymore. Because of this experience I have a lack of trust.

    On 9/23/23, I wrote Darren Hardy LLC representatives to formally request a refund for the services I have received no value from. In March 2023, I enthusiastically signed up for his "Insane Productivity" course, expecting to gain valuable insights and tools to enhance my productivity. However, after careful consideration and evaluating my experience so far, I didnt receive the expected value from your services. Despite investing a total of $1,421.00, as outlined in the payment details below, I have not witnessed any significant improvements in my productivity: - On 3/21/23, I made the first payment of $495.00 via PayPal automatic payments. - On 4/1/23, an automatic PayPal payment of $695.00 was deducted. - On 4/24/23, an additional automatic PayPal payment of $165.00 was made. - Furthermore, on 8/31/23 and 7/31/23, $33.00 was debited from my checking account, respectively. Given these circumstances, I requested a full refund of the $1,421.00 I have paid to date. I believe it is fair to seek reimbursement for the services I have not received.

    **** from Darren Hardy LLC explained that the consumer purchased the program in March of 2023 and was then made fully aware of their refund policies which state: if within ******************************************************************************************************** see any value from it, they will be eligible for a refund. ****** did not mention any sort of refund request until September and by that time 30 days had passed.  **** went on to say that emails she received from the consumer were about him needing to break down their payments and so Darren Hardy LLC complied and helped create a payment plan for the consumer. **** stated that the consumer didn't even open the program to try it (which is required in order to get a refund in the first 30 days) but this further explains why he saw no value in it or never had any results. He did not try the program to see it's full potential.

    Product Purchase: Coaching Program: The Heros Journey by Darren Hardy The Heros Journey by Darren Hardy is a scam Sales Pitch The advertisement came as a video in my inbox which I watched early in the morning while at the gym. Darren Hardy made outrageous insane productivity promises and encourages (or rather tricks) customers to try with a Guarantee of cancellation if the client is not satisfied.The advertisement is false because the condition for cancellation defeats the purpose of canceling. Hence the promise of a Guarantee of cancellation is intrinsically not feasible, hence client gets tricked and cannot get out of the devilish deal. Such deceptive practice is not acceptable, and I seek to be reimbursed completely. These sales of services which are really selling nothing BUT deception, are in fact Pyramid Schemes, fraudulent schemes, disguised as an MLM strategy. It is a pyramid scheme. The difference between a pyramid scheme and a lawful MLM program is that there is no real product that is sold in a pyramid scheme. Participants attempt to make money solely by recruiting new participants into the program. The so call MLM scheme promise to make money with passive revenues, which is the illusion of making money by doing nothing but promising glamorous life and unrealistic outcome out of ordinary common-sense arguments.It is deceptive because they make exciting promises with glamorous marketing (which I trusted until I received the sales confirmation email, which made demands on my time that were never specified in the marketing sale pitch to obtain my purchase.I complained on the first day, and I get but excuses and more deception.The Heros Journey by Darren Hardy is a scam

    And when you emailed me on April 18, 2023, I reiterated those terms.   You can see my response in your attachment titled, "Reply_to_SECOND_REQUEST_TO_CANCEL_MY_ORDER."  
     
    But you didn't comply with the terms you saw and agreed to. Therefore, your order wasn't canceled.  It's that simple.  But, we've had this conversation (privately) before; safe to say you knew this?
    In the future, my advice to you would be to do your due diligence to understand the terms of your purchase, so that if you change your mind or find it wasn't what you anticipated you don't run into trouble when you try and cancel, without doing what is required of you to cancel.   As stated on the enrollment form you completed, we stand firm on our Action Guarantee, as we are doing now.   No pyramid scheme here; the hundreds of thousands of members in our vibrant community can attest to that.  I've met some of the most remarkable human beings in our *************************  They are doing the work--no excuses or blame--and becoming better parents, friends, leaders and members of their community with the help of this program; it fills my cup to see it and I'm sad to see that isn't the reality you're in yourself. 
     
    When it comes to taking 100% full responsibility, my personal belief is that we are hardly ever a victim.  Your program purchase came with a ******* clear cancellation/refund policy which required Action on your part to both initially accept, AND enact, in order to cancel.  This is me holding you accountable to your word when you (electronically) agreed to that cancellation/refund policy.

    I purchased INSANE PRODUCTIVITY from Darren Hardy on November 23rd, three days ago. Once I purchased it I was redirected to a webpage saying I would be sent an email with my course information. I have uploaded a screenshot of the "success your in" webpage, along with a screenshot of my training vault to show that I have not received the course.3 hours went by and I didn't receive an email. I checked my training course vault, my spam folder, and there was no Insane Productivity course. I sent customer support a message through their customer support website, and then I messaged them again, and again. I got automated responses saying that they will get back to me and one saying they are taking the holiday off because it's Thanksgiving, ok that's understandable, but 2 days later and I still have heard nothing from them. I still get emails from Darren Hardy about purchasing the course that I already purchased, so maybe their system did not register that I paid for it, but the money has been removed from my account. I do not have the course and I no longer trust them so I would like to cancel the course and have my money refunded. I am aware that the terms of purchase say that I have to complete 4 modules of the course before I can be eligible for a refund, but I no longer trust that if I were to receive the course and complete the 4 modules that I would receive a refund because of the lack of customer support.
