    I am filing this complaint regarding an unauthorized charge made to my credit card by Hard Rock Stadium for the Miami Open. I did not grant permission for this charge, and upon discovering it, I immediately contacted the organization to request a refund.Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue amicably, Hard Rock Stadium has refused to refund the amount. I have provided all necessary evidence to support my claim, yet their customer service has been uncooperative and dismissive of my concerns.This experience has been highly frustrating and unprofessional. As a consumer, I believe I am entitled to a refund for this unauthorized transaction, and their refusal to address this matter fairly is unacceptable.

    Horrible parking lot, far from entrance. I available shuttles.Poor signage. Was not told about purse size restrictions and had to store bag through binbox with no lockers available. You had to leave your purse behind a table manned by several young employees. When came to pick up my purse never asked for any ID or number. I could have taken any purse I wanted. Would never attend an event there again. Parking was $40, ridiculous Binbox an additional $13
