    12/22/2023 I CALLED BECAUSE I HAD A FLAT. I WAS CHARGED 210 FOR A USE PLUG **** NO GOOD **** THAT WAS THE DIFFERENT SIZE FROM THE OTHER 3 ****S THAT WAS ON THE *** AND I HAD TO SPEND MORE MONEY TO REPLACE IT THIS MORNING. YOU DONT CHARGED 210 FOR A USED PLUG **** NOT EVEN A NEW **** COST THAT MUCH FOR A ***** ACCORD. i CALLED THIS MORNING AND THE GUY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A VALID EXPLANATION. THE **** WAS WORN AND USED

We stand by the value offered, as our overnight mobile tire replacement service, priced at $210, remains competitively below the industry average.We understand your concern about product availability after 11 pm, and we presented the option of a new tire, although it was declined. It is important to note that our pricing structure covers the retail cost of the tire, labor, and after-hour surcharges.We would like to clarify that our refund or exchange policy applies exclusively to the cost of the tire and not to the associated labor charges. The tire cost is $65, and the labor cost is $155. Despite the challenges encountered, we are pleased that our service facilitated your safe return home.Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to address and resolve any concerns.     I am rejecting this response because:

    The tire you gave me was smaller than the other tires on my car that would have cost damage to my car if I didnt went the next morning to a tire shop and pay additional money to get my tire change. Not only that the tire was bald and plugged and wasn't even safe to drive on. The car started making weird noises while driving. Thankfully i got home safe. $115 for labor to change a tire is ridiculous and you're a thief and wouldn't try an older person like that. You never presented the option of a new tire. I also stand on what i said. This company is thieves. Nothing good ever happen to people that try to cheat other people !!!!!
