    I went to get my lips filled. She injected them poorly and unevenly and it resulted in me having to spend $300 to take them out and another $300 to fill them correctly. When i addressed them of the issue i was very kind and i was yelled at very aggressively and she proceeded to tell me awful things and it was obvious how much she didnt like me. I then realized that I paid $450 when they had a groupon running for only $300, i think she failed to mention the promotion bc of how she felt about me. I also know that i paid for .1 ml of filler and they only used around .07. So i have leftover filler that i paid for. After she rudely hung up on me I asked for my pictures through text and tried to apologize for any distress i caused but I never got an answer. And now ive just been going through weeks of feeling awful and id just like a refund and for them to own up to how they treated me. I didnt deserve that

    Based on our records, you received your lip filler treatment in March 2024, followed by a follow-up in April 2024, and a retouch on January 7th, 2025. Additionally, our messages indicate that you previously expressed satisfaction with the results, with only a minor concern regarding one area.

    Regarding your concern about mistreatment, I want to assure you that we always strive to provide the highest level of care and professionalism to all of our patients. On the day of your visit, we experienced a high volume of clients, which may have resulted in a longer wait time. However, at no point was there any intent to mistreat or disregard your experience. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

    As aesthetic treatments are subjective and results can vary, we always aim to address concerns during follow-ups. Given the timeline and prior confirmation of your satisfaction, we have a strict no refund policy.
