    We purchased a two year contract for elevator phone service from Lift Pit Solutions in August 2023. We paid in full for the service. We had an elevator inspection and the inspector told us the phone in the elevator is not working. I reached out to Lift Pit 1/13/2025 to let them know the phone isn't working and was told that they don't provide that service anymore as they sold that part of the company over a year ago. I told them "we paid for two years of service in advance". I was then told they would troubleshoot and call me back.1/14/2025 I called back and spoke to ****** ***** who told me they were troubleshooting the issue remotely and he would let me know if he has to send a technician over.1/17/2025 I called ****** back to follow up and he told me Nataly would be scheduling a technician to come out and troubleshoot in person.1/23/2025 I called ****** again and let him know I never heard from Nataly. He said a tech is scheduled to come out today or tomorrow.1/28/2025 I called ****** again and he told me is waiting for the techs to come in so he can ask them what happened, why they didn't show and that he will call me back to let me know when a tech will come out.1/29/2025 we sent an email requesting a refund for the remaining balance of our services since we NEVER got a call from Lift Pit throughout this whole process. Every communication was because I called or emailed them but they never call me back or respond. We have not heard back from the email and we are not getting our calls answered anymore.We don't want them to do this to other people.
