    On 11/24/2023 I went into this franchise to send out some shoes that I had sold. I went into the store to purchase a box and have them print out a label and have them package my shoes and send out. They received my shoes, printed the label and I went about my day. When I check *** tracking to make sure it was updated on the system it says that I have yet to ship it. I wait a day to see if it updates and still no update. I call the *** store that I dropped off the package and they brush off my issue and say due to it being a holiday weekend the systems havent updated. I call *** customer service and file a claim through them. I wait a day to see if maybe the system updates and still nothing. Now its monday and I call *** store *************************************************************************************************************** back. Manager never calls me back. I speak to *** customer service and they say package was never scanned and it still has to be in the store. Since this store is a franchise they have no authority. I speak to manager again to follow up and they said since I have no receipt they cant do anything about it. He says he saw in the camera that I dropped off shoes but cant do anything about it. Says he doesnt care. My shoes worth $400 are still no where to be found and nobody wants to help me. I dont want to accuse anyone of stealing but I handed my shoes off to a young individual in that store and they were never scanned. This is not fair that nobody can help. I have a bank statement that says I purchased something from that store and an email that I sent them so they can print out my label.
