      On December , 4 I shipped two boxes to ****** through Laparakan Shipping. I paid $167.00 for a one week service by air. I called the company in the ***** the following week but was told there was a delay it would be shipped the following week. I called again and was told the same thing but was given a number for Miami . I called again but was told that it cant make the flight I asked why because my receipt showed these boxes were picked up on the 4th December receipt number ******* and I have some stuff for a children party. I was told that they cant do anything and it still cant reach in time. Imagine I paid for my stuff to reach its destination in a weeks time three weeks later they are telling me they cant do anything. This is an ongoing thing. I sent a box in November it was late . October I sent one it was late too. Why should I pay for a service I cant receive. They need to fix this problem. I am frustrated because this company is exploiting customers while they collecting money for services not delivered

      I send a package by air on 12-07-2024 for my niece who had surgery the shipping company inform me the it will be there on Dec 13 no later than Dec 20. When my niece went to pick up the package on Dec 20 the company started the package is not there. When I call the company the agent said the package is still in ***** I told the agent that my niece had surgery and needed the package. As of today Dec *************************** the ** S. I Paid to send the package by air to ******

      I am a citizen of the **, but I was born and raised in the island of *******. I go home every year and I help my fellow countrymen, schools, etc. it is very tasking to use regular shipping method; so I incorporated LAPARKAN which ships door to door they came recommended by a family friend and I use them to ship six barrels with Food and Clothing, barrels were packed by myself and daughter. Upon opening barrels here in ******* food was packed with liquids food and supplies are missing clothing and food items were missing danaged etc and no accountability to us for this breech of trust; because of the storms that recently hit *******, we know my family and friends needed help out here, however, when the barrels arrived, they were opened items were missing items were damaged and this supposed to be door-to-door shipment services. I contacted the shipping company, they sent me an email with attachments, these long forms that I have to fill out and theyre asking for so much information that I dont even have or know where to get this info. I am ****************************************************** my daughter and family. I have my shipping receipt from the LAPARKAN itself, my payment receipts for the shipments cost; as per their disclaimer, it will take 4 to 6 weeks for anything to be done, but Im here in ******* with my sick daughter, no food, no money and hardly any clothing whatsoever; we have been receiving help from families neighbors etc. The barrels supposedly were insured via LAPARKAN for $6000 but just to get the money from this company is tedious; we might have to cut our trip we cant survive like this. This is very bad business to say the least. Please help. Thank you. If you need any further information or copy of receipts, it can be facilitated upon a request.

      LAPARKAN has taken over 30 days to respond to my initial complaint and i do not believe they will respond in a timely manner, nor come to a resolution that i would aceept

      We still have not heard back from Laparkan. No calls no emails. We will be in the *** on January 11th 2025. We did respond before the 10 days to let you know that the business only response was the previous that stated they are looking into the matter.

      This is to advise you that we have been in touch with the customer, Ms. ***** ****** to get further information on the claim regarding the condition of the shipment, as we were not clear who she spoken to previously.  Also, she was sent a claim form on January 7th to be completed and returned to us for processing as we need to know the total amount being claimed.  We are still awaiting the form to be returned.

      We have also made a request for video footage of the clearance process from the Port in *********** where the shipment was cleared to see whether there were any breaches with the handling of the shipment.  Based on the time that has elapsed, the Port as asked that we give them some time to locate the footage.

      As soon as we have received the completed claim form and requested video footage, we will update you accordingly

      I am rejecting this response because: Not in its entirety because they sent claim forms on Thursday of last week. I havent completed it entire paperwork as yet. I just returned to *** 2 days ago and I am filling out said documents. Theres info requested on claim form that I am not sure what to write in these blank areas. i m in contact with a laparkan *** in **************** currently trying to get clarification as to exactly what information should be written on paper. Please give me a little time as I m a senior citizen my daughter sick she normally help with these things plus is in another part of NY she will b here in about a week to ensure that all information is accurate. I will sent them what I have so far; upon completion I will email fax or mail said documentations to Laparkan. Thank you for your continued patience.

      40% of items were missing in barrel. And missing pair of sneakers (one side)

      Upon investigating this complaint, our call logs indicates that ***************** did indeed contact our customer service department on the 15th of January 2024, to report that items were missing from her shipment. On the same day, a claim form was sent to ***************** to initiate the claim process.

      Unfortunately, we never received any further correspondence from *****************, until the Better Business Bureau notified us about this complaint. Since then, we have tried numerous times to get in contact with *****************, but have been unsuccessful. ***************** can complete and return our claim form, which is attached to this response. Also, certain documentation is required by *****************, for example invoices to support her claim amount of US$714.00.

      We do apologize for any inconvenience caused and Laparkan would like to thank ***************** for her continued patronage and hope that we can be of continued service for her ********* shipping needs in the future.

      My cargo allegedly is in ******** at the port for over 20 days. I paid for a service, please provide it.This company is misleading and dishonest.I need someone to stop this company from providing falsified documents.And false advertisement of business.Approximately 2 months my cargo is in possession with this company.And have not been delivered.Please investigate.Thank you.
