    1/24/2025 Planes leaves 20 minutes before printed departure time. 1/25/2025 Printed boarding time is intentionally false. Tickets say boarding begins at 830, attendant says boarding won't begin till 915 the earliest

    On October 19, 2024, I cancelled a refundable ticket (PNR *****G) and was told that my credit card would be refunded within 10 business days. The refund was not issued. After numerous emails to ***************** they finally said that they needed my credit card information to issue the refund. They have acknowledged receipt of my credit card information and still they have not issued the refund.

    Services paid for not rendered per flight agreement Flight Number Departure Port Arrival Port Departure Date Gate UP843 MCO FPO 11.07.2024 11:15 AM 91 As of this current moment, I the 11:15 am flight has not taken place. We have misused out on our hotel for the day. Unsure if and when we will arrive and the total cost we will be out.
