      Repeatedly, this company promised to make something right when they highly upset a special needs child. The more I pressed for this to be done (ultimately to pay for a birthday party there that he begged for), the more the CEO would step in to tell staff not to do it. He also claimed a "cease and desist" which holds zero legal weight, but prevented my entire household from even going back. We attempted to begin a lawsuit, but the CEO put some roadblocks up. Now the child is in therapy over the incident and has meltdowns everytime we pass the place because it's feet from our home. Literally tormenting a special needs toddler into therapy. This needs to be resolved, and the CEO should very much reverse their decisions, as this will be the last step before the state of Florida gets involved - as the state now has hard documented evidence of the trauma given to my child. Also, the CEO asked me in a snippy email to consider the example I'm setting for my child: I'm standing up for him, rather than seeming like the narcissitic sociopath who thinks he can keep an arcade chain running without kids, somehow, while also claiming that this state-wide company is "a small family business". Everything about this stinks, and the company needs to make it right before I take genuine further action with receipts, documentation, and a lawyer who walked me through how to ensure that if this goes to court, GameTime will basically cease to be after this becomes more public. I'll defend my son from bullies until the end of time. Life isn't always fair, but GameTime seems to cash in on BEING unfair.
