  Dear Better Business Bureau Representatives,I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the virtual business address service I purchased from Offix Solutions in September 2024, to set up an Amazon seller account. During this process, I encountered misleading information and was deceived with fraudulent documents. I am submitting this complaint in hopes of resolving the issue and receiving the necessary assistance.Summary of the Situation:In September 2024, I paid $360 for a 6-month service for a virtual business address. Offix Solutions marketed the address as unique, but failed to inform me that the address was rented to multiple clients. I was promised a one-of-a-kind address specifically for Amazon seller verification.Issues Encountered:Misleading Address Presentation: There was no guarantee that the address would be exclusive, and I was not told it was shared with other clients. This is misleading and misrepresents the service.Unfulfilled Promise of Utility Bills: Offix Solutions promised to provide utility bills (electric or water) for address verification, and I paid a 6-month prepayment for this. However, they failed to provide the promised bills and only offered an internet bill.Provision of a Fraudulent Bill: The internet bill they provided was not legitimate. Upon investigating, I found no record of the bill in their system, indicating it was fraudulent.Failure to Refund Payment: Due to these issues, I requested a refund for the unused portion of the service, but Offix Solutions rejected my request and refused to issue a refund My Request for Resolution:A full refund of the $360 I paid, as the service was not provided as promised and the address was not unique.An investigation into the fraudulent internet bill and necessary legal action.A thorough investigation into Offix Solutions' deceptive and fraudulent practices, with corrective actions to prevent similar incidents.

  We do not market nor advertise our address as "unique". You can check our website (******************************) and you will not find anywhere we offer a unique address. We never told the client we offer unique addresses. The documentation the client submitted to BBB does not show we offered her a unique address. The client did not provide proof that we offered her a unique address. All virtual office providers offer shared addresses. We did provided the client proof of address (utility bill) which she requested and she also attached to this complaint. The client just wants to get her money back after using our address to fraudulently confirm it with ****** as her own. The client is trying to fake to be physically in the ** in order to confirm her account with ******. After ****** rejected her account, she is now trying to get her money back after using our service for several months. The client is in ******. The client's dispute is fraudulent and baseless.

  I am writing in response to the claims made by Offix Solution, which were presented to you in their reply regarding my complaint. I would like to clarify the situation and provide accurate information regarding the issue.
  Firstly, I would like to state that at no point did I use the address provided by Offix Solution for any ****** account or request a refund after using the address. The address I purchased was invalid for Amazon registration, as it had already been sold to multiple customers, which I only discovered after trying to use it. I never successfully used this address for any ****** account or any other service.
  Additionally, I never requested a refund after using the address, as claimed by Offix Solution. The issue arose because the address was deemed invalid and rejected by ****** and various banks, which prevented me from opening an Amazon account or even a bank account. After this issue, I contacted Offix Solution to report the problem and requested a valid address, and they initially promised to add an "E" to the end of the address. However, when I asked for proof of the new address in the form of a utility bill, I was instead provided with a fake internet bill, which could not be verified in any way.
  I have attached all the communication I had with Offix Solution, as well as the documentation regarding the address and the issues I faced with both ****** and the banks. I hope this clarifies the misunderstanding and proves that my complaint is legitimate.
  I would appreciate it if BBB could look into this matter again, taking into account the false claims made by Offix Solution, and help me resolve this issue. I would also like to request a full refund for the address I purchased, as it was unusable and not as described by the company.

  We provided to the client what is advertised on our website: a real physical office address. In addition to that, we provided a real proof of address (utility bill). We have nothing to do with what the client does with our address such as opening bank accounts or using it for ******. We have no control over these 3er party accounts. The client was fraudulently posing as a US resident when in reality she is in ******. That is why her bank accounts were rejected. It had nothing to do with our address.
