    I had a car accident about 3 months ago I take my car to the garage Collision that was recommended by the tow truck driver so I just took it there without any thought they take over 2 months to repair my vehicle and when they hand over my vehicle they did not repair it correctly I have two rims on my car that are completely bent from the accident they use the original front bumper they used the original rear bumper then it not replace it they just painted over it the most or the worst part of it all is that they hand me back my vehicle with the driver door not operating like it was when I handed the car over ,,now my driver door doesn't lock or the electronic locking mechanism doesn't work as well it's been a horrible experience I feel like I've been dealing with delinquents it's just been not fair that I turn in my car one way and then they give it back to me and worse condition that it was , and the door locking mechanism was working perfectly fine because I went a week before they actually started working on the car which they had it sitting there for over a month and a half costing me thousands of dollars in rental cars and just been a horrible experience the thing is that my car was working and when I take it back to them the same day and to explain to them they tell me that it's an old car that I just have to deal with it that it's not their fault when it's clearly their fault I understand maybe if they don't want to fix other things in the car that the insurance didn't pay for or Etc but the fact that they give me back my car with a driver door not working and I have to cost me up to$600 to replace it it's not fair and also just the car itself not even being repaired correctly the car on the front driver side sits almost an inch higher than the front passenger side the two rims are warped and it was a poor paint job and that front axle shaft on the driver side is bent I can't even drive my car more than 50 mph my # **********

           Good morning, Im our response to *******************. The vehicle was repaired as per what the insurance **mpany said . The door mechanism wasnt accident related at all , we **uldnt claim that , first because the accident was on the front not the side , so we didnt even try to. The rear and bumper **stumer psid $500 to paint it , he did mention to replace it for the **st of $1000 but it was in National back order , thats when we called him and advised him to just paint it . The 2 rims the ins ** paid to repair not to replace them . ( note aluminum rims are always supposed to be replaced because they bent very often , so no they werent replaced ( never was told to do by the ins ** . We also gave ******************* a $500 dis**unt from his $1000 deductible as an apology for the time ( note ) vehicle was Wating on special order parts do to the year of the car . In whatever we did we provide the **stumer with a warranty, only what we repaired!!!!!!!. If **stumer wants he can **me by our facility and we can go over the repairs.

    First of all they didn't paint the car properly and it's not even painted correctly the pain is already fading second of all they use all the original parts that even remove the bumper or Fender they used everything that was there and just basically bonded it and paint it over it with a bad paint job but they return the car with me to me with my interior driver door damaged right after they worked on it my car was fine now they messed up the locking mechanism and lost the missing piece honestly I do not want to take my car back there I feel like those people are just don't operate properly or I just got treated like s*** and my car as well but I'm fixing the car on my own now but the fact is that those people did a horrible job overall preparing the vehicle let alone damaging it more than it was cuz my car was running perfectly fine and what the guy told me it's it's an old car you have to deal with things like that and they bullied me out of the shop they run the business like delinquents I'm sorry but that's just what it is it's not that I want money or anything back for them because unfortunately I'm spending my own money on fixing my car correctly what they damaged and the pain job that they did on my car is starting to fade away and everything it's not even properly wet sanded and buffed or anything that just honestly did a horrible horrible horrible job overall on my car the time it took for them to fix it was about 3 months and my insurance company issued the check the second week so there was no reason for them to take that long if you need any more information just give me a call ************ they just **** basically
