    I want to complain that I can't get anyone to answer the phone to find out the status of my car. Poor phone customer service LMP

    I'd guess that this shop can do almost any kind of body work and do it so that it looks like new. Someone ran into our car and was ticketed for illegal lane change. GEICO, our insurer, works with this shop and has an office on the premises, so it was a breeze to schedule an appointment and drop off the car with them, exchanging it for a rental conveniently provided by ******* with Enterprise. Although we were told to expect ***** days for the repair, especially with supply chain delays, we were pleasantly surprised to get the car back looking clean and beautiful in just a little over a week. I couldn't have asked for more, under the circumstances. A GREAT staff. Although I hope to never have to use them again, it's good to know they're there and reliable.
