We invested with VP Ecom over 2 years ago. They made grand promises such as a 2 year money back guarantee if our Amazon store did not make back our initial investment. It fell apart almost immediately. Our ****** store was shut down within a month. Our ******** store was also shut down due to inactivity because the third party that VP Ecom supposedly hired ghosted them. Our complaint is almost identical to all the others on this page. We reached out for help and they became extremely combative and rude. They asked for more money to reinvest. Thank goodness we didnt fall for it. We contacted them again at our 2 year mark to ask for our money back and they refused saying that we should have invested more money with them. They have since opened a day trading scam and now some forex scam. We have filed a complaint with the *** and our *****************************. When the state of Utahs department of commerce contacted them about their illegal activity they denied ever having us as clients. We have since provided proof that we are clients and the state will be issuing them a citation. I am also aware of at least 2 lawsuits that were brought against VP Ecom so that consumers get their money back. I know reporting them here is futile but I hope someone will read this and not invest with them.Initial Complaint

I invested with them for a forex account, but received nothing in return. This is an outright scam. The company has now become insolvent, and I wouldn't be surprised if they re-open with a new name and company and continue the same scam. Anyone dealing with the name of **** ****** should be aware that this is a scam artist, as well as ****** ******. If it looks like a weasel and smells like a weasel, then surely it must be a weasel.Initial Complaint

We contracted with VP Ecom April 2022. VP Ecom was hired to manage our online business for Amazon FBA and FB Marketplace Which they were contracted for $35,000.00.Contracts guaranteed that the company would cover the original investment in two year and would pay any portion back that they were not able to cover and receive 70/30 split. Which I've paid all expenses and moneys owed accordingly to the split.1. FB Marketplace was shutdown 3 months after operations - which they never refunded.2.Walmart Store was started to replace FB Marketplace - which failed before it ever got started.3.November 0f 2023 they tried to switch services from Amazon FBA to Forex.I've have numerous calls, and texts, and what app chats supporting the request to discuss a solution. I've been more than willing to work with them.********************* said that he would get back to me. I've left countless requests to come to a solution other than forex. They have been doing a bait and switch for the past year and half.Per contracts - to go through mediation to resolve. They have flat out avoided calling me back. These guys say that they are managing the stores for their customers, but only take the money and have not kept to their agreements.Initial Complaint

BBB, Unfortunately
Our team is unable to perform on this contract due to lack of capital requited + unpaid & late paid invoices from this client which is direct violation in our 7A Default clause.
Our contracts require our clients to place capital into inventory to make their amazon store successful and this client chose not to continue to invest though against contract.
And our ************* still pays you each and every profitable month to date and will continue for many payouts to come.
Our contract has a clear 'No Refund' policy and many Default clauses that have been triggered to end this contract being that building a business is a 'high risk' investment opportunity and markets are subject to much change and these markets are completely out of our control.
Here at VP Ecom we take a personal approach to make this right, but clients must work with us in this partnership to make it successful.
Hope this helps.

Unfulfilled Foreign Exchange Account contract. Incomplete contract for Amazon store.Business Response

Our team is unable to perform on this contract due to lack of capital requited + unpaid & late paid invoices from this client which is direct violation in our 7A Default clause. Also in our 7E Default Clause.
Our contracts require our clients to place capital into inventory to make their amazon store successful and this client chose not to continue to invest though against contract. As far as your forex account your funds were lost by "traders domain" a partner in which we lost many personal funds with that ended up closing due to bankruptcy, very unfortunate for all parties. But our contract states this is a 'free' add on and not the primary service.
Our contract has a clear 'No Refund' policy and many Default clauses that have been triggered to end this contract being that building a business is a 'high risk' investment opportunity and markets are subject to much change and these markets are completely out of our control.

I am rejecting this response because: I have receipts showing that I invested $47,000 in inventory. The contract only required thirty. I also have reciepts showing that I did pay my services fees until February of 2024. This is seventeen months after the contract began. I understand the risk factor involved, however VPEcom advertised that they guarantee a store that is profitable in six months. So I can prove my side of this claim. I can provide more evidence, just not available to me at this moment. Also 8mb is not enough for all the available evidence.
Sincerely,

I signed a contract with VPEcom to manage an Amazon store for me. In our agreement VPEcom had a money back guarantee. Once they closed my store ********************* refused to refund me. He has stopped communicating with me and has essentially stolen my money and disappeared. He used a third party company called Elite Automation to actually manage the store and they told me that they are no longer managing my store because they weren't receiving required funds from VPEcom.Business Response

Our team is unable to perform on this contract due to unpaid + late paid invoices from this client which is direct violation in our 7A Default clause. Also in our 7E Default Clause we occurred another event later with our fulfillment partner unable to deliver services for this contract.
Due to ever-changing business and markets, we are no longer able to service this clients amazon store, however we have talked to all of our clients regarding liquidating inventory and dedicating that inventory dollars over in our performing asset class through our automated forex income strategy. We are simple asking to move funds from inventory (which is needed to be successful on amazon as-well and client agreed to fund a MINIMUM of $10,000 to inventory ALL TIME) to pivot this dedicated dollar amount to our proven model in a preforming investment vehicle.
All we can do at this time is offer a successful model to make clients ROI back asap! If clients are unwilling to pivot with them, we can no longer service them as our clients.
Our contract has a clear 'No Refund' policy and many Default clauses that have been triggered to end this contract being that building a business is a 'high risk' investment opportunity and markets are subject to much change and these markets are completely out of our control.
Here at VP Ecom we take a personal approach to make this right, but clients like ***** must work with us to make this right.
Hope this helps. See screenshots attached.

Their response is a complete lie. VPEcom was not making their payments on time which caused their entire customer base to have their stores dropped from being serviced by a third party provider. ********************* and VPEcom are complete scams.
