    I am filing a complaint against Nini and Loli regarding a serious issue with my recent order of a Nuna car seat for my child that I never received.Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, I have not received any satisfactory assistance from the company.I ordered the car seat, which was stated to have been delivered. However, the delivery was handled by a personal company, and while I was sent pictures indicating that the package was left at my front door (which I never received), it should have been placed in my building's package room. I have been in contact with Nini and Loli for over a week, but my inquiries have gone unanswered, and I still do not have a car seat for my child.Additionally, I recently discovered an email in my junk folder stating that I should have received a phone call and text notification about the delivery. I never received any communication from their team, including the promised call from ****. This lack of follow-up is unacceptable.I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter promptly and am requesting a full refund, as I have not received the product or adequate communication from the company.Thank you for your attention to this issue.

    On 12/09/2023 we purchased a baby stroller in the store called Nini and Loli located in *************. We paid $719.00. The store policy says customer can return an item for a store credit or exchange it. Today, on 01/04/24, 25 days since the purchase, we decided to exchange the stroller for a different model and brought the stroller to the store. The store employees refused to exchange or provide a store credit. Multiple calls to the store manager and district sales manager were made and both managers were saying bunch of nonsense like "final sale" or something like that. There are NOWHERE in the store any notes saying about that policy of theirs. They DO NOT honor their own store return policy and DO NOT value their customers.

    They took my order and payment for a stroller, confirmed the order twice, charged my credit card, promised delivery this week and now just sent me an email that the stroller they sold me is no available and same strollers new price is now $90 more and if I want the ******* I now have to pay $349 instead of $259 for the same stroller. This is illegal and unethical. Please help me and help others and stop this bait and switch. They should not be selling items where they do NOT own the item. They need to honor the price they sold it to me for and send the item as promised.
