For 8 years I was waiting for the World Baseball Classic in Miami (Miami Marlins). I noticed 5 months before tickets became available I started to prepare myself by following the very misleading information to obtain the tickets, including enrolling in o other missleading placing place within the Marlins.com official site supposedly with the intention to keep you informed about when tickets for the Word Baseball Classic became available. Coming to find out the perpose to enrolling in this *** form was to sell you season tickets for the Marlins, not to help you with the event but force to buy season tickets for the Marlins and that would have been the only way to get tickets for the **** After calling in several occasion the Marlins I was told a date where the tickets would become available to the public without buying the season ticket which it was 1/17/23. On this date at 12:00 am and several time witching this day, I singed in to the site to purchase the tickets and the site would tell you that the tickets werent available. I called the Marlins once again and I was told a different date for the purchase 3/19. I went ahead again and on 3/19 at 12:00 am began to sign in and again the site told that tickets werent available for purchase. I contacted once again the Marlins and was told that the tickets will avail liable for purchase at 10 am on that day. I went ahead and signed at 10 am in to find out that tickets were sold out. I contacted the Marlins and spoke to an agent and found out that the tickets were never put on sales but the Marlins would still wanted to buy season tickets to be able to purchase the *** tix. On no advertisement the marlins or the **** Had disclose this would be the only way to obtain the tickets. I believe the Marlins and the MLB were very deceiving and misleading to the public. I understand these business are for profit but I dont think this should be done at the expense of deceiving the public. I hope some would down in this matter.
