    Good evening,We are contacting you because we had an absolutely horrible experience on Sunday night 4/7 at the ******* show. What is even more upsetting is that we have not heard back from anyone at ********** Services in a week. Request 4423 The venue temperature was completely unacceptable. It felt like it was well over 100. We were sitting still and sweating. It only got worse once the show finally got started and the crowd started standing and dancing. A few songs into the show we all had to sit down to try to cool off. It wasnt just us, it was people all around us in our section. We all expected the air conditioning to come on once the show got started but that obviously never happened. We got cups of ice to try to cool off but that didnt work either. Ultimately my sister got extremely lightheaded from the heat and rushed to the bathroom where she got sick. She had to stay outside of our section in the ************* to try to cool off but even out there was unreasonably hot. I asked the ***** if there was a problem with the air conditioning and he said no they had the same issue at last nights show? We ended up deciding to leave about 40 minutes into it. On the way out we stopped by the ***** Services desk where even the lady at the desk was sweating and fanning herself with a ******** fan. I told her our concerns and she first tried to say that it was because the show was sold out??? I told her that was absolutely not why the temperature was so extreme. We have been to COUNTLESS events here, this has NEVER been an issue. She ended up getting a supervisor for us and that is where we spoke to ***************************** who told us that the venue temperature is at the request of *******. She got us each a bottle of cold water and a wheelchair for my sister who was still having trouble even standing at this point. She also called Base Security to alert them that my sister had gotten sick and then offered to move our seats down into the 100 section. I went down with her to see the seats and the temperature down there was still unbearable so we ended up just leaving. She told us that the box office was closed and recommended that we email our concerns to get refunded. On our way out, there were many others leaving and also complaining about the temperature inside. We cannot believe that the arena management would let the venue be used like this. Not only, did we waste money on tickets, my sister flew here from ********* to see this show. Twice now, because the first show was postponed. We would like to be fully refunded for these tickets and whatever else you feel is suffice. We wasted money on dinner, drinks, parking and flight tickets. We still have tickets booked for 2 more shows this summer that were now contemplating not coming to with our kids. We looked forward to this for over a year, its a shame that it went the way it did.     To whom it may concern,I have reached out to *************************** at the number that was provided and never got an answer or response. I was able to contact Mr. *********************** and he explained that because of her work she has not been able to answer the phone. I am in the process of reconciliation this issue with ******************. Which I have spoken to on multiple occasions.

    Dear Miami Heat Customer Service,I hope this email finds you well. My name is *************************, and I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to the ********* to watch a Miami Heat game.Throughout the entire duration of the game, my view was obstructed by one of your security guards who remained stationed near my seating area. Despite my polite request for him to adjust his position, he refused to do so, significantly impacting my enjoyment of the event.I understand the importance of security measures, but I believe there must be a balance between ensuring safety and providing an optimal viewing experience for paying spectators. As a loyal fan of the Miami Heat, it was disheartening to have such a negative encounter during what should have been an enjoyable outing.I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate measures to ensure that incidents like these are addressed promptly. Additionally, I would appreciate any insights you can provide on the team's policies regarding security personnel and their positioning during games.Thank you for your attention to this matter.     I made a purchase before christmas that was intended to be gifts. The order numbe was WEB404432. This order was delivered but left outside on the walkway where the gutter spout lets out. It was packaged in a ***** envelope that was not completely sealed and everything inside got wet and is in no shape to be given as a gift. I understand the placement of the delivery is not the fault of the store but I have been trying to return this stuff for a refund for over a month now. I went through their automated process. Finally after several requests for a return shipping label, I sent the items back at my own expense, **** #**********************. Still no refund has been credited. I spent $140 and have nothing.

    The customer submitted a return request through our return portal stating that the order he received was damaged. According to our policy, we request a picture for damaged products to submit a claim to ****** After several attempts of asking the customer to submit photos, he did not. Then, he reached back out regarding his refund because he sent the product back to us but did not send it back to the correct address. As a courtesy, we offered the customer a credit of his total order on 2/14/2023. We waited for his response and received a response on 2/21/2023 and we immediately gave him the credit of his total order. Since then, the customer has used the credit to purchase another order. Please see partial of the conversation attached.
