    Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this business, who incorrectly charged me nearly $1000 for a bicycle rental and will not refund the money. I cancelled my reservation with 3 days notice and the was still charged $923 by this shop.According to my email confirmation after booking, cancellations are allowed with 48 hour notice, but they refuse to abide by their own policy. They also have an advertised cancellation policy of 24 hours on their website (screenshots attached) but they will not refund you.I have emailed them about this with screenshots of this policy and they refuse because I did not purchase trip protection. Very unprofessional business and I will be reporting them to the BBB. I could maybe understand charging some sort of minor fee for inconvenience in case they had to ship the bikes from one location to another to prepare for us, but I do not think that was even the case, and it definitely would not have cost them $1000. I am now having to dispute this nearly $1000 charge with the credit card company because they will not refund my card, despite a 3 day written notice for cancellation.
