    The contractor forged all of ******** ****** signatures and fraudulently notarized them all. None of the permit applications gave ever been signed and/or notarized by ******** ****. Further, none of the contracts submitted to the city were signed by ******** ****. This contractor essentially "lent his contractor license" to a non-contractor who admittied to use unlicensed people.

    Good afternoon,
    This job was completed in June of 2024. During the Final Fire Inspection,it was noted that Entry Doors does not have self-closing mechanism. Door supplier have ordered it from ******
    While waiting for the Parts (which took few month) Owner decided to use sauna. And that's when it all started. Sprinkler head (designed, Installed and inspected by Fire Sprinkler Contractor) burst and caused flood. 
    Insurance got involved and there a few law suites for the damages and attorneys are involved on all sides. 
    Meanwhile, door self-closer was received, installed and inspected. As of today, all inspections are approved and permits are closed.Attached Is the proof of Final Building Inspection, Final Fire Inspection and Certificate of Completion. 
    There is still quite a big amount outstanding as of today and Owner refuses to pay. 
    I can only guess why the owner filed this complain. There are other forms and contracts with the owner signatures that was not disclosed. 
    Would be awkward from my side to buy all materials and pay for the remodeling on the twenty second floor of the condo without owner of the apartment knowing it....
    Let me know if you have more question on items that was not answered in my email.

    Good Afternoon,

    I've received mail with documents for this project. As you can see from it, it's a quite a big job.

    Please see attached inspections record showing that all permitted works are complete and inspected on the dated shown. 

    As of this date, project is completely finished. However there is an outstanding balance still pending.
