    We just want our contract terminated and a refund. My husband ***** and I signed up with *** for our rental/second home at ***************************************************** ** ***** on or about October 19th, 2023. We told the *** AUTHORIZED DEALER REP ********************* that we were most likely selling the house. He said no problem we can transfer your equipment and service to your other home at ******************************************************************************. On December 12, 2023 we notified ********************* that we were selling the home and we would be closing on December 26th, 2023. He told us the best way to transition to let the new buyers keep our equipment. He told us to leave our equipment in the house that we sold. (see email from ********************* attached). He said he would be transferring our contract to our other home at ********************** and he would be installing new cameras at no cost to us since the new owners at ********************(home we sold) were signing up with him. This never happened! We texted him and kept calling him to have him come install the new equipment. He kept postponing us and delaying us. He told us the new owners of our sold home would not answer the phone and that he could not recover our equipment. He says it's not my fault that they no longer want to sign up for service and that he cannot recover our equipment. We told him on December 12 that he needed to move our equipment per our contract. If you read the text messages and emails you can clearly see it is his own incompetence and greed that caused us to have no equipment or service for almost two months now. We were paying for service that we did not have. This is unacceptable. We were following his instructions because he is an authorized dealer of ***. He broke our contract and does not want to refund us for the cameras and equipment we do not have. We also have no service. He says its not his fault that the new homeowners changed their mind. But he should refund us for the equipment and the service we never received.

    Our representative has attempted to communicate with the husband, ******, and he has told ******* that he does not answer the phone nor reply to the messages to resolve the issue.
    Our dealer does not charge the customer, the monthly monitoring is charged directly through ADT. The last payment made was Nov. 16, 2023, while the customer still lived in the home and used the alarm services. No payment was made going forward.  I spoke to the representative and he advised that ****** will not return the calls to allow ******* to install the new equipment (no charge)  at the new home.  The communication has ceased, therefore we are unable to provide the customer with the alarm installation and service at the new location.  
    To be clear, the representative assured me, he had no problem nor issue providing the customer with new equipment and installation at the new home.
