I invested in Disruptive MCA with promised guaranteed future return payments. I initially received a few payments. Then the payments stopped in December of 2022. The company claimed they had a computer breach or system hack and that I would need to wait 90 days for payments to resume. After the 90 days they did not resume. I received an email at that time with a renegotiated payment deal that was to begin in June of 2023. However, the payments never resumed in June of 2023. I am requesting tax documents, resumed payments, and some form of proper communication explaining where we are in the process to resolving all of these issues.

Investors were instructed to wire funds to Disruptive MCA's operating account and in exchange, were promised a guaranteed return on their investment. Although payments started for a brief period of time, we received an email on or around 12/09/2022 stating that their system has been breached/hacked and that payments would be paused, but resume after 90 days. However, payments have not resumed, and no individual at the company has responded to phone calls, emails, or other correspondence. Additionally, year-end required tax forms have not been provided to investors or their independent WFH contractors who I have also been in contact with. I am requesting communication. A timeline of when payments will resume. If communication (a quick email or phone call with an update) can't be provided, I am then going to request an immediate full refund.

I became a victim of online fraud from the merchant cash advance company called Disruptive MCA. The dollar amount I am looking to recover is about $15,000. I purchased several notes from this company last year and they have been paying back those notes regularly until December 2022. Disruptive MCA claims that they became a victim of a hack and their internal system got compromised. Last communication I received from them was in January 2023 advising to wait 90 days while they try to recover their operation then they would resume their weekly payments on my notes. I was wondering if you could help me to recover my funds.
