    On July 3rd I called Sun & Wave Beach Rentals to have 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up on Cocoa Beach FL. It was going to be $45 and I paid with a credit/ debit card. The company sent me an e-mail with a pin drop for the location. The guy mentioned that we could park behind the Best Western for free and walk to the location. I had no idea what a pin drop was and I did not click on it. We were not able to find the location. I called the company number. The guy could not believe I could not find it and told me this had never happened before. He said we were 2 block North of the set up location. I asked for my money back. He said he could get $40 refunded but it would take 3 days. The guy also mentioned there are 2 ******************* on the beach and I must have gone to the wrong one. I had no idea there were 2 and he did not inform me in the instructions that there were 2 I called the company 4 days later after noticing there was no refund and he stated that no monies would be refunded because that is their policy. I am unhappy that I was promised a $40 refund and they changed their mind. I don't know how many people work there but it is apparent not everyone knows what the policy is. I just want $40 refunded.

    We are a rental delivery business that takes online orders for beach equipment, we deliver to our customers preferred location and collect the items at the end of the day.

    This customers beach rentals were delivered and setup to the agreed location. The customer wanted a complete refund after we already delivered the product. We do not do refunds on orders already delivered as we have to send a driver out to deliver, setup and pickup the items. 

    As the customer stated, we have never had an issue of our clients finding their beach setup as we send a GPS link that takes them directly to their setup.

    We do not offer refunds after items have been delivered.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I am not looking for a full refund.  Someone on the phone told me that I would receive a $40 refund because they pay the driver $5.00.  Because someone from your company stated I would receive a $40.00 refund, that is what I am requesting.  If you don't offer refunds, you should inform your employees not to promise a refund.  I was promised a refund in 3 days and that is what I am seeking.

    I was visiting Cocoa Beach on vacation.  I do not have any future plans to return to the area.  The future use of the $40.00 is not of value to me
