    I visited International Mall Dental for a dental procedure , which included a procedure (code D7922) listed at $329 on my plan from the office itself. However, during my visit, I was informed that the price had been increased to $650, nearly double the original cost stated on the treatment plan.When I questioned the reason for this significant price increase, the staff failed to provide a clear explanation because i had my original paper from them and also a copy in their system. Instead, they wrote down $650 on a piece of paper, which contradicts the amount listed in my official treatment plan. I believe this is an attempt at fraud, as the price change was unjustified and deceptive.Fortunately, I noticed the fraudulent price increase before being charged, but I am concerned that this could happen to other patients.

    To Whom It May ********* am writing to file a formal complaint against Miami International Mall Dental and to seek additional assistance in resolving a troubling issue that has yet to be satisfactorily addressed. On August 1, 2023, I visited Miami International Mall Dental for a dental procedure, during which I was charged $305.00 for services that were also billed to my insurance provider (double billed), Liberty Dental Plan. Despite these charges, I have not received a refund as promised, and my attempts to resolve this matter with the office manager, ******, have been met with repeated disregard.I have made numerous attempts to contact Miami International Mall Dental via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits, and regrettably, my efforts have been consistently ignored. In light of this ongoing issue, I have taken the additional steps of filing a grievance with my insurance provider, Liberty Dental Plan, and lodging a complaint with the financing company, ******. However, I have not received the resolution I am seeking, and I am now seeking further assistance in obtaining the refund to which I am entitled.I am now turning to the Better Business Bureau to escalate this matter and request your intervention in facilitating the refund that is owed to me by Miami International Mall Dental. I believe that my rights as a consumer have been disregarded, and I am seeking a timely and satisfactory resolution to this matter.I kindly request your urgent attention to this issue and any assistance you can provide in holding Miami International Mall Dental accountable for their failure to address my concerns and provide the refund that is rightfully mine.     Thanks to me filing the claim with the BBB I got a call from the office manager at the dental office and she had them refund me!!!  It took a week but I got my money.
