      Impressive managers and agents at this firm who are super polite, driven and go over and beyond. Shannen V. is a great, responsive manager that makes sure things are done right and fast so that all needs are met. Marie C. is one of a kind. She helps in every and all situations and when it isnt in her department, she makes sure you are taken care of. She is funny, smart, helpful and an all around person that makes you know she is working hard for you. I appreciate this firm and also their attorney staff as they are all actively involved and really demonstrate how a firm should work. It is greatly appreciated.

      ANDREU, PALMA, LAVIN & SOLIS, PLLC, attorneys for **********************, acted deceptively in a legal case against me. I filed a Motion to Dismiss and Compel Arbitration in Sept 2023, but they falsely certified to the ** court that I never responded, while also attaching my motion in the same court filing. This led to a default judgment entered without notice, violating my due process and arbitration rights.I only learned of the judgment in May 2025, via a surprise wage execution notice. ******** and their lawyers pursued garnishment without disclosing how much was owed, ignoring basic transparency. Their conduct forced me, a pro se consumer, into costly efforts to undo the damage and enforce my arbitration rights.Worse, the law firm and ******** use the BBB Accredited Business logo and A+ rating to appear trustworthy, despite multiple documented violations of court procedure and integrity. *** filed formal complaints with the ****, Attorney Grievance Committees, ******************************** (***), and the ************************************ (****).The attorneys involved were ****** ****** and ******** ****** of Andreu, Palma, Lavin & Solis, PLLC.Consumers should be warned: ******** and this firms public image does not match their actions. The legal shortcuts and lack of transparency I faced, when I trusted the system, only to be ambushed by procedural misconduct and silence. Their misuse of the BBB logo and pattern of unethical behavior should not be ignored.

      This law firm is corrupt and their actions are not following the Professional Code of Conduct and they don't follow laws provided by the Supreme Court of Florida. This organization, their clients, and anyone who profits from this firm will be sued and any legal action taken to set them straight. They have presented perjury on the Court to advance their client and their pocketbooks.

      I have struggled before. this isnt my first time in debt problems. the first time was in 2009 when i lost every thing and the debt collectors were vultures. especially the law firms. when i got sued again for J P Morgan Chase Bank this time, i thought i was going to have another terrible experience again. i called with my fighting gloves on ready for them to try to threaten me and make me feel pressured. instead i dealt with shaneen and she was delightful. she helped me save some money and gave me a few extra months to pay. they didnt charge many any fees or interest. I was expecting this to be a nightmare like i had before, but instead, andreu & palma have built a really good team. thank you so much for not responding to my aggressiveness. i wasnt expecting such a pleasant experience dealing with debt.

      Id give less of a star if I could. Representative was rude, kept talking over me and belittling me as if they know me. Thats not how an A+ rated company should treat the customers. This isnt even my debt, no one did any research. They took money from me illegally and it was way past the states statute of limitations. Funny how they can find an employer and not my address. There was no communication from this company. Ill be finding me a lawyer.

      I have been struggling for many years. my husband left me and all the debt was in my name becuase i always had the better credit. My ex kept all the bills in my name. When we broke up, he refused to pay for any of it even though he makes the money. Now i have the kids and all the bills. ******** took me to court and i was so scared. i explained everything to the attorney and he told me to call in and explain my situation. I spoke to a really nice woman who understood my situation and had been through it before. she put me on a payment plan with no interest or fees and now i make monthly payments i can afford. they eliminated some of the interest that had built up and now i can start to live again with my kids. thank you Andreu Palma ***** and Solis!!
