  I should have bought my laptop from someone else, this thing has given me nothing but problems over the years: faulty keyboard, faulty touchpad, faulty webcam, faulty usb ports, it's only able to connect to the wifi about half the time. The cooling fans on this thing have broken THREE TIMES, but even when they do work it still tends to overheat. Frankly, I wouldn't be too surprised if it never turned on again one of these days. Spend your money on something that isn't liable to break in some new way every few months.

  I wish I could do NO star! Buying a laptop from Origin PC was one of the biggest mistakes of my life! Right next to marriage that ended up in divorce and not starting school right after high school. If you are planning to spend a lot of money on a laptop, PLEASE buy it from Apple or a different company. The quality of hardware from Origin PC is lower than awful. **********************! : )

  Bought my first Origin PC around 2013, a 17-inch monster laptop. Very expensive but that thing was bulletproof for almost a decade. Could not have been more impressed but it could not be upgraded beyond its Windows 7 lifespan.Ordered a very large, very expensive desktop this time around. The ordering process was easy. They billed my credit card that same day.For the next 3 weeks, Origin did nothing. My order status never changed. They waited until my anticipated shipping date to notify me that nothing had started as they were awaiting parts. No notice that a parts delay existed until the shipping date arrived. After that, it was one empty assurance after another, forumlating an obvious string of deflection and delay tactics from an otherwise unhelpful customer service person. I suggested that we change the build if they could assemble a machine - their solution was to upsell me on another part resulting in me spending more money. I declined. Long and sad storycut short, Origin PC is not what it once was. Their customer service is substandard (to be polite). Their ability to process and build high-end desktops appears to be incapable (based on 2023 experience) and their attitude toward dissatisfied customers could not be more clear - they don't seem to care at all.They were very efficient at billing my credit card on Day 1 though. I canceled the order and am now fighting to get my money back. The only thing Origin managed to accomplish in 21 days was to take my money. It's truly sad to see what has become of this once great computer builder.

  First and last time I will ever do business with this company ever again. I spent over $5.000 on a custom pc just for it to be delayed multiple times throughout its assembly phase. I 'am absolutely infuriated with the mediocre customer support service and communication with the technicians responsible for building my order; when I finally received my system it after all the delays I shocked to to see my brand PC right of the box once plugged in I'm already having issues with overheating and the *** screen on my AIO wasn't working properly. So I immediately call customer support to resolve the issue for the next 90 minutes just to be informed I have to send it back on warranty. The worst part is I only had my $5.000 custom pc for about 2 hours in my possession from the time I received from the carrier before having to send it back to be worked on, I didn't even get a chance to play a game or at least download ****** chrome before having to send it back to ***** for repairs. The fact that this company offer's military discounts in the typical corporate motto on how they treat Veterans, but will leave you in limbo without any form of support and communication after payment is appalling and deplorable and I personally would never recommend any of my friends and acquaintances who are currently serving or have served in our armed forces to do business with this dishonest company who holds no integrity or value to their own customers.

  This customer is being helped as he sent in his system for repair. He was contacted letting him know that his issue was escalated to management and that his repair was beginning immediately. His computer is currently stress testing and will be ready soon. We have also agreed to upgrade his shipping time so he can receive it within 2 days.
