Over the past year, DPL has subjected me to one of the most frustrating, costly, and deceptive experiences. They promised to develop a complete job application automation tool, ATS Killer, with features like an admin dashboard, Chrome autofill, and ****** sign-in. Despite clear assurances, *** failed to deliver on every promise, leaving me with a barely functional app and causing severe financial loss, stress, and reputational harm.Starting in October 2023, I made prompt payments totaling over $30,000, trusting their repeated promises. I even spent an additional $5,200 on advertising. Yet, every deadline was missed. By the launch on October 14, 2024, the product was a disaster. The Chrome extension autofills applications with incorrect responses, guaranteeing candidates are rejected. ****** sign-in is entirely broken, and the resume parser lags embarrassingly, taking up to 50 seconds compared to competitors' 2 seconds.Repeated attempts to resolve these issues were met with a revolving door of project managers, each offering empty assurances. My direct communications with **** co-founders were ignored, and theyve consistently failed to address the critical flaws. Following the disastrous launch, I reached out again, but *** offered no response or resolution plan.DPLs deceit extended beyond the app. They led me to invest heavily in advertising based on empty promises that the product was ready. I created professional ads and spent $5,200 across platforms like ******** and TikTok, only to direct users to a broken product that damaged my brand and credibility.DPL has failed at every turn, taking my money, wasting my time, and delivering an unusable product. Their repeated assurances and so-called solutions have been nothing but lies. I am left with a flawed product, extensive financial losses, and irreparable damage to my business reputation. **** conduct is, in my opinion, fraudulent, and they should be held accountable for the harm they have caused.
