    This business bought out our previous EHR Company MTBCs TalkEHR and we have been in the process of onboarding with this company. Due to the extreme negligence of this company our business will likely be penalized up to several thousand dollars for not meeting CMS Quality PQRS Measures that should have been reported electronically through their electronic billing platform. We had been with MTBC since 2012 and never had service promised and dropped to this extreme by so many persons.

    I attended an event on 12/12 and had some follow up questions. I never heard back and I follow up several days later, but instead they just blocked my email. This was very unprofessional, and there was 2 items I had not receieved. I would like the business to contact me and provide it, so this can be resolved. Thank you

    There is absolutely to many complaints to list. The current complaint is we have completed our contract and moved onto another EHR early this year. We notified CareCloud of the emanant change many times. On several occasions they denied receiving notification. We retained notification copies and transitioned to a new EHR early 2022. CareCloud continued to charge a monthly billing fee after the last claim was billing, Again they stated never to have recieved notification of a termination date. We have provided them with a copy of the termination email, which is how they wanted notified. The response was "email is not admissible in court". They sent us to collection for the non payment periods when no services were provided. We have never recieved a copy of our patient records. They are now withholding our patient medical records. They about put us out of business several times. They sent over a 100 bad claims to ******** and we were subsequently subject to an audit. I went nearly a year with every BCBS claim being rejected. CareCloud ignored the problem and it was difficult to even get a response from CareCloud. They provided us with 20 fixes that never fixed anything. We fixed it. The story can go on and on. I'm now in contact with the state HHS legal department
