The website does not have proper security. If anyone asks for a password they send it to then in and email. This is causing me to reset the password every 6 hours to keep my account safe. I receive a notification in my email saying please enter a new password, this happens every 6 hours. I tried changing my email just to make sure that my email wasn't hacked. My email is not hacked because they sent the new password request to my new email. The password that they send in the email is not secure because it is very easy to guess. Other buyers have also complained about the password hacking on the site, because the is a of lack of 2 step verification or any other security measures. When I bought this issue to their administration they tried to blame it on me. They asked me if I gave my password away(which I did not). The person on the text messaging help chat left the conversation with out helping me at all. They didn't even suggest ways to secure my account. They did not even say they would check my account. I have the registration number for activation of the software. The price was $323.67 though PayPal. I called paypal and started a dispute. Their product is not secure. I would like a refund for the full amount.

The statements in this complaint are just untrue. We do not store unencrypted passwords on our servers, so there is physically no way that we could email the password to a customer. This is just not true.
