      Garbage criminal credit union dont know how they can be legally operating with the insane interest rates terrible, unorganized customer ********************** really shady company would look elsewhere will save you tons of money & stress stay away from them.

      Absolutely heartless and disgusting customer **********************. ***** the collections rep received an email informing her that *** obtained a new job and that my payment will be late. She REPOED my car! I asked for her boss and she said that there was no one to speak to and that there is nothing she will do to help. Upon investigation, I learned that ************************* the director or collections, is even more disgusting. She was rude, heartless, unapologetic and careless. She defended DIGNAS actions. When I asked why did ***** say there was no one to speak to, she proceeded to say that when ************************* is out the office, ***** is in charge. Absolutely disgusting customer **********************, unprofessional, ruthless and heartless. ****% the WORST credit union in Miami.

      Horrible credit union. Reported card lost/stolen & apparently some transactions I did not recognize. The lady that answered the 305-five nine two-**** number took my information & said she would call me back, I had to call back cause an hour later no call back. They said the money will be replaced in 90 days, but all accounts are insured by the **** so why would I have to wait 90 days to have my funds? There is insurance for a reason. The lady I was talking to asked to transfer me to the member services department which is the department she is in & I just called & she then hangs up. She told me I had to come in to report the fraud I asked to email me the ********** took my email but I didn' t receive an email. This place should have a lien placed on it because as trustees of these accounts they are in breach of their fiduciary duties.

      THIS CREDIT UNION IS THE WORST AND BECOMING MORE AND MORE RIDICULOUS BY THE SECOND. THEIR ANTIQUATED SOFTWARE, EMPLOYEES AND BACKWARDS METHODOLOGY!!! AFTER I'M DONE WITH THIS REVIEW, I'M GOING TO THE BBB, THEN TO THE NATIONAL CREDIT UNION ASSOCIATIONS...FOR 3 DAYS, ALL I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DO IS UPDATE MY ADDRESS FOR A CREDIT CARD!!! 3 DAYS, SEVERAL VOICEMAILS LATER, **** AS H*** *******, WHO NEEDS TO BE FIRED, YES FIRED, BECAUSE I'VE HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH HER IN THE PAST. IF THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, SHE WOULDN'T KNOW, BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T LET YOU FINISH YOUR SENTENCE, BUT VERY GOOD AT PASSING YOU OFF TO VOICEMAILS THAT DON'T GET ANSWERED! 3 DAYS LATER, I'M FINALLY BEING TOLD THAT I NEED TO FILL OUT A FORM, A F**** FORM, TO MAIL IN, OR BRING IN PERSON. THIS IS NOT ****, THIS IS SOMETHING THAT THE CONSUMER SHOULD HAVE CONTROL OF, OR AT THE VERY LEAST, ONCE YOU HAVE MADE ME VERIFY WHO I AM FOR THE 100TH TIME, YOUR LAZY, INCOMPETENT SERVICE REPS SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO THIS, IT LITERALLY TAKES 2 MINUTES. I HOPE SOMEONE REALLY, REALLY DOES LOOK AT THIS, BECAUSE I AM MORE THAN READY AND WILLING TO DISCUSS THIS FURTHER. AND YES, IT IS ON THIS OPEN SPACE, BECAUSE WHEN I ASKED REPEATEDLY FOR THE SUPERVISOR, BRAND MANAGER OR VP'S EMAIL ADDRESS I WAS BLATANTLY STONEWALLED.

      I have been with Miami Postal for decades. I have tried to get a refund for a return that I did back on May 6, 2022. I waited patiently. I called when the incident first took place and a member service representative advised me that once the card is closed there is no way to receive the refund. She did not even try to assist me. She said that she worked there for years and since she has been there that is what she knows about refunds to cards that are closed. I advised I work for a financial institution and that it may be behind the scenes and may need to be posted. However she did not care. I hoped that the refund would go back to ***** and then they could mail me a check but ***** has advised me that Miami Postal has my credit. I sent an email at the beginning of August and as of August 4th the person I have been in contact with has left me on read. Maybe my refund is not important to Miami Postal but it is important to me. Even when you do get someone that tries to help the turnaround time is unacceptable. Customer ********************** here ***** and it is deplorable. Hopefully this will spark some urgency in the organization.
