    Put a deposit on a cruise out of ********** over Christmas of 2022 in May 2021. Program offered full refund within specific time frame etc. Found out that I had to cancel the trip and completed the required steps and within the timeframe set up by Star Clippers, and received a CANCELLED document. No refund as yet. At first the company said 90 days to issue a refund, then gave a window of 8/16/22 - 9/16/22 but no refund occurred. On a phone conversation the agent then said the refund was scheduled for 10/1/22, yet today 10/04/22 no refund has been credited. It appears that Star Clippers is not a reputable firm to deal and does not stand by its promises or deadlines and I would never consider rebooking with them again!************
