This company gave me a deal on *** for the website for my new medical practice. I had already built the website myself on SquareSpace. They convinced me that in order to do *** well, I needed to let them rebuild the site for an extra $3000 over what I had already paid. They sent me content that was incredibly poorly written & full of grammatical errors, not to mention incorrect (mentioning services that I do not have any intention of providing) and honestly verbose for the sake of verbosity (e.g. keywords added in places that didn't make any sense whatsoever, oddly poetic wording that sounded disingenuous). I expressed my displeasure and was assured it would be fixed. What was sent back (2nd round) wasn't much better, continuing to have strange wording, excess verbosity, and mention of services I do not provide. I again expressed concern and mentioned that I may not want to move forward. What was sent back this time was essentially my own site copied and pasted into theirs. There was even one page on their version of the site that linked to my own already existing site. At this point, I decided I was not comfortable moving forward with the new site and request a partial refund (fully acknowledging the work that they had already put in, but not at all happy with the product). I was refused and told that they "completed the work as agreed." They wanted to create social media content and extend the *** package to compensate. I refused and again requested a refund, which was denied. I requested a refund through PayPal, which is how they had me pay them, but have not heard a response 2 weeks later.My original (and current website): www.peachblossompediatrics.com Their most recent version: *************************************************** doing a deep dive, it appears that the examples of "their work" on their own website are fake (copied from Canva or other sites or are for companies that do not exist). The initial website layout was approved by the client, as seen in the attachment. Afterward, we progressed with the entire website. Concerning the content, the attachment indicates some modifications requested by the client, who mentioned that, overall, it's a good start, expressing satisfaction with the content. The ****optimized content is undergoing an approval process, given its complexity. It is written to align with ******** standards to enhance the website's visibility.
Everything proceeded smoothly from our end, and the client expressed contentment. However, the client received a free SEO offer from a friend, leading to the decision to halt our project. Despite completing all tasks on our end, we offered to extend SEO services and provide three months of free social media management. Unfortunately, the client did not agree to this proposal.

I am rejecting this response because while the website look was fine, the content was terrible even after two edits. I did not cancel the engagement because I got free SEO services from a friend, I canceled because I was concerned that the company was not capturing my vision at all and could not write content that made sense. I had also discovered some things on their website that had me concerned about their legitimacy. Images of logos, they claimed to have created, appeared to be pirated directly from Canva or other sites, and/or were for companies that simply do not exist. I requested only a partial refund, because I asked them not to complete the work, and I acknowledge that there was already work that had been done, even though I was satisfied with it.

As noted in my previous response, my bank (Chase) issued a temporary charge-back to my account while they investigated the issue. If they seem my claim unverifiable, then the bank will again remove the funds from my account. This issue is NOT resolved.

Dear BBB Team: On February 23. 2024 between the hours of 6am and 9.30am, I received seven unsolicited phone calls to my mobile phone from the team at Logomish LLC indicating they would like to sell me on "logo and web design services" related to a recent domain I registered with Namecheap.com. When I called and spoke to ***** at Logomish, he informed me that Losomish is "affiliated" with Namecheap.com (domain registrar) and that Namecheap provided Lobomish with my personal information. When I communicated to ***** that my mobile phone is on the *** Do Not Call Registry and that it was illegal for him or his company to solicit me using my mobile number, ***** abruptly disconnected the call. I kindly ask that the BBB compel Logomish LLC to follow the law and to NOT make unsolicited calls to prospects who have their phone numbers listed on the *** Do Not Call registry.Business Response

I'm rejecting this response from Logomish because their company has repeatedly been alerted to their illegal telemarketing calls yet they continue to make them. As you'll see in these Yelp reviews, Logomish provided almost a word-for-word apology 10+ months ago yet they continue to make illegal calls: ***************************************************I kindly ask that Logomish commit it writing to the BBB that they will start, from this day going forward, to filter all of their outbound telemarketing calls through the *** Do Not Call registry and promise BBB that they will never again make illegal calls to phone numbers included on the Do Not Call Registry.
