I purchased 2 logos from The Business Toolkit. The first was a basic logo and they sent me a canvas mock up. No graphic at all no 2 dimensional like it states. The 2nd logo was the executive logo it is suppose to be an artist sketched logo and it was an a generated mock up that looks absolutely nothing like what I asked for. They said they were going to have the designer call me because it was a complicated logo. Actually not complicated at all. I asked ******* to make me a logo and it came out nearly the same. The company is refusing to refund me. They have blocked me from ******** before I could comment or make review all of their reviews are purchased and scripted and not real! July 8th 2024 I called the business tool kit for a logo and they advised they have other options that can be added like business cards , website and menu. I started with the logo and paid for a website to follow after the logo creation. The logo didnt turn out as anticipated and I advised I would not like to move forward with even starting a website with the company and requested a refund via call , text and email. The logo was not able to be refunded so I advised we can schedule a time to revise the logo from scratch but I still need the refund for the website that was never even started. July 5th I received a call from a manager at 1245pm stating I would be receiving 100 percent of my refund for the website which I agreed and stated we will finish the logo once I received the refund for website. Attached are 3 emails of me continuing to request my refund and advising I have yet to receive it and I would not be continuing with a logo until I receive my refund for website. I believe this to be fraudulent , I have waited over a month , I have called text and emailed numerous times and have yet to receive refund, nothing started with website , nothing finished with logo , i havent received the services paid for , *** requested a refund numerous times and this is now a theft of $1200.00 .Business Response

I checked Mr. ********* case and I would first like to confirm that this is indeed a customer. Secondly, I believe this customer is re-writing history as what we experienced on our end was quite different. The client purchased services from us and we rendered and delivered them as per our terms and conditions. In fact, the customer is in possession of the services and is actively using them on social media and elsewhere. After we delivered all the services, ***** filed a chargeback with his credit card company and once that's done, it's out of our hands as we send it to collections and our legal department as he is using our services and breaching copyright ownership. Dont waste your time, money or energy. This company should not be accredited. I found this company on Facebook w/ brilliant logo designs. I was interested. I read reviews. I checked to see if they were accredited. I began consulting with an individual on 10/27/23. I paid $250 for a very classy design. With in the next week 3 drafts (that I did not like or could not use to represent my business) were sent to me. After the 3rd draft (of which I express I did not like) individual I think blocked me and his contacts were no longer saved in my phone. I called the number on fb a lady answered I asked for a refund many times. But she insisted she can help turn around the situation. Again I explained what I expected and expressed my disappointment. And asked her if her business was real because it seemed off like a scam. We spoke I allowed her to work on a draft. It was promised the next day it was delivered two days later. Again low quality, mediocre work. Something I could have done myself. I express I wanted a refund was put on to a manger or ceo which sounded to me like the first guy that deleted my number. I was clearly done at this point and just wanting a refund. He clearly was insistent on working an another draft himself because based on his policies he could not give a refund. It turn into him speaking over me and not listening as a responsible business owner to the issue at hand. I explain your policies dont matter because your contract was void once I had 4 draft of useless work while he has my $250. After a useless convo he refunded $125. I say refund because I wont believe it until I see that money in my account. This ********************** should not be accredited. The work they advertise is not the work you receive. We are writing in response to a complaint filed against our company. We take customer satisfaction seriously and would like to address the points raised in the complaint.
Client Interaction and Policy Compliance: Our records show that we actively engaged with the client, adhering to all agreed-upon deadlines. However, there was a period where the client was unresponsive. In line with our commitment to customer service, we reopened the project once the client reestablished contact, despite this being against our standard policy.
Alleged Blocking by Employee: The client's claim of being blocked by an employee and the subsequent disappearance of the contact from her phone is a misunderstanding. As a business, we do not have the capability to remove our contact information from a client's phone. It is more plausible that the contact was accidentally deleted or lost by the client herself. We assure you that we maintain open communication channels with all our clients and would never intentionally block or impede communication.
Refund Process: In recognition of the client's dissatisfaction and as a gesture of goodwill, we issued a partial refund of $125. This refund was accepted by the client. We believe this demonstrates our willingness to resolve the matter amicably and fairly, even though it was not a requirement per our policies.
Policy on Design Process and Refunds: Our policies are clear and were communicated to the client at the outset of our engagement. These policies stipulate the process for design drafts and revisions, and under what circumstances refunds can be issued. Our team provided multiple drafts in accordance with the client's specifications, and all efforts were made to accommodate their preferences. The partial refund was a concession that went beyond our stated policies, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction.
We regret that the client was not fully satisfied with our services. However, we believe we have acted in good faith and in accordance with our policies to resolve the concerns raised. We continually strive to improve our services and customer experience, and we take all feedback seriously.

I am rejecting this response because: finding a business online that you trust is hard in itself. I came to the BBB website to see if this business was credited but I didnt read the comments(which I should have).
They clearly violated the contract by not supplying the level of work they advertised. I explained to 3 different people (one after the other with the one before not delivering what I asked for the the others trying to fix the issues) that I am producing a product line for large scale production and I want my logo to be competitive on the market. I also explained that I would like their expertise and not just rely on my idea. It looked like they did zero brainstorming and zero effort into their work. I received confusion and symbols I clearly expressed I did not want. The drafts I received were useless. But they hide behind company policies when it was time to refund me.The situation was not handled in a professional manner. It turned in the guy on the phone shouting and getting loud. He did not want to hear that is work was mediocre nor that I wanted a refund. However, After I posted my complaint on BBB. I got a very lovely text asking me to please remove my complaint.
Its simple they are not what they advertised to be whether they have policies or not. They are not worth the money, time of effort.

I purchased the basic package and recieved poor quality that didn't match whatbibahd in mind. The artustvsaid to scratch that and would send me 2 more. Neither of the 2 following sent to me had the colors I requested or the style I wanted the lettering to be. I have the chain of text which are long and detailed. I posted this picture that was sent to me cause it sure wasn't a drawing and was humiliated by the responses that I got that I was scammed. The artist tried to talk me into more money in the beginning and I very much believe that the poor quality might have been intentional to make me spend more money. I was asked several questions before paying to make sure that the basic I wanted would be inserted such as color scheme so I don't understand adding other colors and no colors at all. It seems that this was a push to make me purchase higher package cause the artist kept saying you only bought the basic package along with the customer service lady saying the same and them calling it an amazing logo lol, I almost choked on my food when I read this. I went back through on face book cause that's where I had seen it with all the raving reviews to post my own experience and found that you can't post anything on there which explains all the great reviews. I checked into some of the people with the great reviews and could not find any that actually had businesses that required this service leading me to further believe that they are falsifying their advertisement to lure in people to buy their product.
