Paid for e-commerce management services and purchased an aged Amazon account from OneUp. In spite of being advertised as 100% hands free I spent an incredible amount of time following their instructions, setting up dozens of email and commercial buyer accounts. My aged Amazon account was never delivered. Zero product sales were made. My Amazon account was suspended. In communicating with the company I was given the runaround and blamed for the stores failure. Ultimately ignored and unable to reach anyone. There was absolutely no effort to perform services, compensate me or refund the money.I hired an attorney. OneUp initially had attorneys but they later withdrew from representation. We sought to serve a demand on the owner ***************************** who avoided personal services. He disappeared. And was last thought to be hiding out living at his parents home in ******. This was a Straight up SCAM. He literally stole my money and went into hiding.Initial Complaint

I bought a ************** for $22,500 on Dec 30th 2023. After transferring money company stopped reply messages. Later got an email that the company sold to another with a completely different service. I tried communicating with the company but never got any response. It is a big scam. I need my money back.Initial Complaint

I purchased two done-for-you ecommerce businesses with ***************************** in 2022. Needless to say, neither account is set up and I cannot get ahold of anyone who will help us. We set up an amazon account, but only 10 items or so were listed for some months without explanation. Later, the account was suspended and, without knowing what came next, communication with the business suddenly disappeared. I have read online that "oneUp" services *******'s other ecommmerce store, was out of business and several people have been bilked out of the tens of thousands of start up costs associated with this business. I will be posting on ******* and hoping others will reach out to me so we can address this issue together. Evan ***********************Initial Complaint

In September 2022, I purchased an aged Amazon store and contracted with One Up to run that e-commerce store. They were confident and convincing that they could run an e-commerce store on my behalf. I purchased the aged store $22,500 and paid the up front fee of $22,500. I set up two separate LLCs at the direction of OneUp including all of the associated record keeping and bank accounts as directed by One Up. Much like the other complaints, there has been no communication and I have now dissolved both LLCs at my expense. I made a request to have my investment fees but I was told there would be no refunds as the Company has been sold/dissolved. I would like to pursue legal action to keep this from happening to othersInitial Complaint

On Oct 26th 2022, bought 3 Amazon aged stores with the amount of over $150,000 and proof uploaded. The story is the same no answers or call backs, passwords wrong etc. Always some problem or excuse . Promised results within 3-4 months and nothing to show for it. I want a refund and will file a lawsuit if this is not resolved.Initial Complaint

We entered into a contract with One UP services, LLC on 9/22/2021 to have them setup and run a Wal-Mart store for us. They take care of everything and all we need to do is setup our legal entity, provide the corporate credit cards, setup a few other items from a checklist they provide. We paid $20k up front which was listed as a nonrefundable consulting fee plus, they get a profit split of monthly sales. We wire transferred the $20,000 consulting fee in September 2021. We provided all of the original documentation requested to get the Wal-Mart store up and running on 10/7/2021. We ran into some issues with the guidance that OneUp Services gave us regarding ****************** They advised us to keep trying and they would proceed with the store setup regardless. We started noticing some red flags with the company and its operations and in speaking to others, found out that there were many clients having the same or other issues. We asked to escalate a call with management. We requested that our $20k be refunded given that they had not provided the store and that we were noticing many issues and red flags. They offered to (1) continue to work on the store or (2) to replace the store with Amazon or ******** market place store or (3) to only refund 1/3 of our money. We escalated through several managers letting them know that our store wasnt launched and that we wanted a FULL refund and that a replacement store was not an option. They declined it (even though they had not performed under the contract yet). They guaranteed that they had invested in additional staffing, training and process improvements so that our store setup process would go more smoothly going forward if we would stick it out with them. We are now a year past the payment. They just informed us that *******s requirements to become a seller have changed. Now they cannot proceed with setting up a ******* store because ******* is now requiring sellers to have a Shopify store first.Customer Answer

I appreciate you letting me know about One Up Services not responding to your messages. It doesn't surprise me. Most of the time they only respond when it is something that need that is going to benefit them. I know that the ******* ************************* is collecting information and investigating One Up Services and NXTLVL Services due to the many complaints they have received. Both these companies need to be stopped from taking advantage of innocent and trusting people in the future.Initial Complaint

I signed a management agreement in November, 2022 with One Up Services, LLC and wired a consulting fee of $22,500 for management services to provide a working online store with Amazon. In addition, I purchased a "fully-functional and profitable aged Amazon store" for an additional $22,500. The statements made by One Up Services, LLC are false and misleading and they have failed to perform according to our contractual agreement. While ownership of a store was transferred, it was not functional and has shown no profit. Their claim of "fulfillment by merchant" is inaccurate and the ruse simply clouds a drop-shipment platform. The "services" that should have been provided were delegated to a third party vendor (ecomcircles) that has resulted in additional expense. The only support provided has been an ever-changing series of emails from numerous staff none of whom appear trained, managed or competent. And, no contact whatsoever has occurred for nearly four weeks. I mailed a ****-*** to four different addresses and all have been returned and there appears to be a continual shell-game for diverting contact. Even the required registered agent has changed numerous times along with a series of addresses. I have emailed my immediate contact with the company seeking to terminate our relationship and have asked for a return of my investment. To date, there has been no response.Customer Answer

In response to your request, I have attached a few items to support my complaint. I tried on four occasions to submit a **** - *** as required by statute to different addresses, all of which were returned. I attached Copy B & C of the **** - *** to support a portion of my investment. More recently, I was contacted by One Up Services, LLC which indicated they wished to assign ownership of the company in direct violation of our management agreement, Item 13 General Provisions. This requires written agreement by both parties prior to any assignment. I terminated my Management Agreement with One Up Services, LLC on 4/12/2023 due to non-performance and breach of contract and notified the company in writing. Subsequently, I corresponded with One Up Services, LLC on 4/27/2023 (see attached correspondence) reiterating my termination and offering a settlement. They have not responded. Following my BBB complaint, I learned that One Up Services, LLC, NXT LVL Services, LLC, Upgraded Lifestyles, LLC, etc. along with ******************************** are under suit for fraud filed in US District Court for the Northern ******************** cause no. 1:2022cv01526. In addition to my BBB complaint, I have filed complaints against One Up Services, LLC and its affiliates with the ******* ************************* and the FTC.Initial Complaint

I gave NxtLvl Services/One Up Services LLC to ****** an executive aged Amazon store on June 30, 2022. They were supposed to put products in this store so a profit could be made. It's been almost 6 months and they've never listed a single product in the store. They won't return phone calls, it's impossible to speak to anyone. It takes several days for them to email me back, when they do they don't address my questions. I've asked to see proof/documents showing that I own the store, they won't respond. They also keep lying saying my ******* ID and passwords are incorrect so they are unable to purchase products to sell in my store. This is a scam. The sales reps make all these promises on profits, but they are lying.
