    We hired Panamerican to remodel our home. They started their construction at the end of last August. The work included a kitchen remodel, 3 1/2 bathroom remodel, laundry room remodel, new flooring. In addition there were some drywall/ext. wall issues that they were addressing. The reason I am filing this complaint is because Over the last three months I feel our project has been abandoned. Two of my bathrooms are incomplete, my laundry room was started but not finished, there is a light hanging down from my ceiling that has been that way for approximately a year, There are issues with our flooring buckling. The dishwasher door was not installed improperly (no seal) and the panel is ruined, Ther are some paint issues, I still have holes in my wall that no one has finished and it has been a year. The contractor has made a lot of promises to us over the past several months about finishing the project and we are still far from done. The half bath was started in March and is still not complete, the full bath that my daughters use upstairs was started in May and the contractor told me it would take him a week to complete it. As of today, the shower does not function and is not complete, there is no sink were cabinets completed. In addition, we purchased two very expensive quartzite slabs for our kitchen and a piece of the slab which is at least 60 inches long was left over to use in a bathroomand. The contractor failed to produce it. Every time I have asked him About the slab he refuses to answer where it is. My husband and I had numerous discussions with him about how we were going to use this extra piece in one of our other bathrooms and he agreed to use it however, he never was able to produce it. Essentially, there has been no work done to our house in the past 30 days to complete these projects. When I contact the contractor he very often does not respond. or makes promises that he does not keep. We are very disappointed and just want the work finished.
