GLI helped me transform my professional and personal lives. When GLI came into my life, I was burned out and far too comfortable sacrificing myself personally and professionally. With the help of GLIs curriculum and coaching, I developed the ability and comfort level to establish and enforce healthy, reasonable boundaries. I am better able to understand my needs and prioritize my needs to be at least equal to the needs of others in my life. I worked with GLI for 2 years and I couldnt be more grateful for their support!

5 starsThank you for having your team work with me. After our conversation today I spoke with my boss and I implemented a plan to increase headcount and reduce my travel schedule. This was part of my main pain points. I appreciate the conversation I had, it came at the right time as I needed some clarity. As a pharmacist, medical writer, wife, mother, and caregiver for my aging father, I constantly juggle high expectations in both my professional and personal life. I am a mom of 3 adult children and work full time. I have always pushed myself hard in all that I do. I developed some bad habits along the way and found myself seriously burnt out at work and in general. I was looking dor for a new approach to move forward to live my best life and found it with GLI. The program and the coaches have provided much needed guidance and support unlike I have experienced with any other "self-help" attempts. There is no magic bullet, and it is hard work taking a close look at yourself, but the skills you learn, along with the coaching and community support are phenomenal and are facilitating significant growth for me. I am exploring the root cause of some of my discontent and am reseting the bar higher and achieving contentment at work and home. I highly recommend this program and company to high achieving women who push themselves so hard in all they do and who may need a hand to reset if you are struggling or just to learn skills and be a part of like minded professionals, and amazing humans, to take yourself to the next level.The Goodlife Institute

I attended The Goodlife Institute from 7/23 - 11/23. I had recently transitioned from operations to full time medical sales. I welcomed my new role a lot of my personal needs and goals were being met but my new role was an adjustment for me, without being a leader, I had to redefine myself. GLI was life changing for me, it saved my career and showed me ways to lead in my new role. My joy was restored, my light started shining again. My husband and I were meeting with our marriage counselor a year later. It came out that he was proud of me for completing GLI and supported my success from the program. He also shared that he felt that I had left him behind due to my personal growth, life balance, inner peace and joy I had gained from my work at Goodlife Institute. I don't even know where to begin. I was in such a dark, desperate place when CWU just appeared in my Instagram feed. I have been a successful, professional woman for 30 years. I have a thriving business and a great reputation. I was giving so much to everyone else, by mind and body were wore completely out and my body actually started shutting down on me. I was sick constantly. My brain literally hurt from exhaustion. My body said "NO MORE!". I would be in the bed all day many days. This was totally out of character for me. I felt all alone. No other successful woman could be like me. I was so embarrassed for anyone to know how weak I had become. I could no longer take care of anyone, much less myself. Then, here is this group of women just like me who can relate to me, my issues, my life!! Wow!! The feeling of being understood for the first time......overwhelming!! CWU saved me from me!! This program is life altering!! It is intense and requires you to work hard on yourself. Be prepared........you may learn that your problem is not "burnout" from your career, but "burnout" from those awesome characteristics you learned long ago to be the successful, thriving professional you are. You might uncover the root of your trauma and who you are!! Scary.........yes, but so very worth it. My healing journey is far from over but if I didn't have the foundation that CWU gave me, I don't know where I would be today. If you have the opportunity, don't stop at the 8 week program. Keep going!! That is my one regret!! I plan to regroup and work in the alumni program again soon. We are so good at falling off the wagon but the core lessons from CWU will forever be my saving ******* This program is priceless!! **** and the coaches are phenomenal!! If you do anything for yourself, do this!! You are worth it.........and you are not alone!! Thank you all that have shared your journey with me. Prayers to you all!! I had an exceptional experience with the Goodlife Institute / Corporate Women Unleashed 8-week program in the Fall of 2023. I found its effects have been far reaching. Every coach at Goodlife Institute was incredibly insightful, authentic and powerful, allowing me to be vulnerable and impactful in addressing significant life challenges, personally and professionally. The structured approach, videos, homework, one-on-one coaching, and group sessions were extremely instrumental in helping me prioritize my top business and life goals, with 37 years in an entrepreneurial and leadership role. I especially appreciated the coaching from brilliant minds and group virtual connections, with executives all over the country. I also value staying connected with GLI Alumni, continuing to practice effective strategies to rely on, as life unfolds. I cannot say enough good things about Kate and the team at Goodlife Institute and their program Corporate Women Unleashed. I joined the 8-week program in April 2021 and by the end of the program (actually week 4), I felt like the biggest lightbulb ever had gone off. I finally "GOT" why no matter how many career, team, or personal/environment changes I made, I still ended up burnt out and miserable over time. Thanks to CWU, I have reset my baseline from "miserable and burnt out" to "thriving and energetic". Whenever I slip away from my new baseline, I have an arsenal of tools to get back to where I need to be. In addition to helping me with getting out of burnout, CWU also helped me start to clear the emotional baggage that was holding me back from making BIG MOVES to live the life of my dreams. In the ensuing ~2.5 yrs, I have changed pretty much everything about my life for the better, emboldened with new strategies and tools where I was previously unaware and stuck. I highly recommend CWU to any executive woman, and especially the ones who, like me, thought that their situation was TOO UNIQUE AND COMPLICATED to be addressed in a group setting. The insights and connections gained from a community of other high-powered women solving similar problems are invaluable and will last me a lifetime. Every coach at Goodlife Institute has been so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. This was hands down the best investment I have ever made in myself.The Goodlife Institute

5 starsNo **, this program changed absolutely everything for me - I was deeply burned out and somehow one of CWU's ads found my facebook feed. I was very skeptical and googling for reviews to prove that it wasn't a scam - so writing this in the hopes of finding other skeptical women like I was then! The tools CWU taught me allowed me to finally for the first time understand the ways that I was contributing to my burnout, and to get my brain around what ways my life was and was not working for me. Having this new insight kicked off two years of growth that allowed me to join an Executive Team for the first time (and not just survive but thrive doing it). It was also absolutely invaluable to connect with other high achieving women to share notes and support each other - I still have not found another group equal to the quality of women I connected with in CWU. I am so grateful to have found this program! For me - it was worth every penny
