    This is a TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!! Do not trust them! They sent ** damaged material from a LARGE order and when we called, the accused us of lying and trying to cheat them. We ordered 49 yards of fabric that cost more than $1000 total and we called them because the last portion of about 5 yards was damaged. They simply would not replace only 5 measly yards and then snakily informed us that we would have to RE-PURCHASE the five yards ourselves. The customer service is horrendous and everyone should beware that they send out damaged material and then accuse the consumer of doing the damage to the material instead trying to make it right.

    Do NOT use this company! They are horrible. They shipped me the wrong fabric, it took a week later to get here than it was supposed to and then they said I had to pay to ship the correct fabric!!! Use anyone else but them!!!

    I was very dissatisfied with OutdoorFabrics.com handling of a custom drapery order. They made 6 drapery panels that they clearly understood would not close and cover the designated area. And in response to my shock when I received them the company's response was that "you told us the drapes were not going to be closed very often". Instead of the company following their stated guidelines for rectifying errors in custom production I was offered repair options at additional costs. I did not realize the original order would not cover the area. So buyer beware.The company advertises that all custom orders have a 2 week lead time. This is false. I placed my order July 22. Over 5 weeks later the initial order was received on August 29. The drapes were sent back September 2 for "repair" and the complete order was not received until October 6. No two-week lead time here. The company does not adhere to their stated guidelines for correcting custom order errors. My attempts to work this out with the company were unsuccessful. So it was a very expensive learned ******* It cost over $4000 when it was all over although the original agreed upon price was $3054. If you can't trust a custom drapery company to make a set of drapes that fit an area why hire them?
