    September 28 is the date of the final transaction. Company was hired to install a new fence and gates on our property. The quote was for ******* with the agreement that I would cover ******* via credit card for all the fencing materials and then pay them the balance of ******* via check. When it came time to pay, he gave me a song and dance, saying the final total was *******. After I paid him, he was to come back to deal with some minor issues. Since September 28, he has not returned one of my calls. I have left several voicemails plus text messages and no reply. I called from a different number and he picked up. When I identified myself, he hung up immediately. Now the new gates are rusting at the weld points and he wont reply to my communications. He had a contact who worked on the permit paperwork for him. I reached out to this person to see if he could get me a callback. He claimed that the owner would call back and he never did. This contact at the county building department is a building inspector who passes his final inspections without even sending someone out. I did not know this when I spoke to the contact who admitted as much. This company is unscrupulous and clearly does not stand behind their work. They should not be allowed to take advantage of any other homeowners.
