    I paid $16,000 over to this person, BBB has done nothing with now 4 complaints on this person. Always lying to where the material is, he made me go to a paint shop telling me the material was there and it was not. Person at the shop told me he was an impostor, a professional scam artist. He is now operating under AB Ornamental ************** located at *****************************************************. Please do yourself a favor and do not do business with this con artist. BBB PLEASE wake up!!!

    On 9/12/2023 I agreed with owner *********************** to put up a fence on my property with permits. Under the impression that he had an active contractor license through the county and was a legit company. I took a picture of his drivers license as well as a "active" contractor license ID. He asked for 50 % percent up front, days and days went by and no word. Find out he submitted the plans wrong twice, This whole time I'm thinking the permit was taken out under this company he took it out with my name instead. Since he knew he has been working illegally. He said we had the green light to start construction that the city approved the plans. I found it weird that an inspector never came out to check on the work before or during the install. The fence starts total apart, He doesn't pick up any of my calls after being told he will fix it. I have called him over 100 times. Went to the city to file a complaint only to find out he has been working illegally with an expired License. Never closed out on the permits, has multiple complaints against him, even tho he charged me for the permit he had begun work on my property illegally. Now the city is saying everything was done illegal and I can be facing fees upwards of $250 per day until the fence is legalized. Now that the fence has been paid in full he doesn't want to own up to the job he was originally hired for. He has created multiple companies to hide the fraud since he has declared bankruptcy since he owes so many people money for taking cash and never finishing it. I thank God I paid with a credit card and have contacted them for a dispute. Stay away from this man. I would like the credit card company to side with me so I can pay someone with the correct credentials to finish to the job to make it legal like I originally thought it would be

    We paid *********************** a deposit of $5,000 who never began the job. He basically took out money and ran with it. He kept ignoring our calls, and when he would answer, his favorite excuse was that our project was still in the paint shop. This went on for two months. It recently was made clear to ** that this person is a "professional" scam artist especially when his phone number got disconnected, his business Instagram name changed (trying to maintain the same paid amount of followers for his next fake business), his warehouse being completely closed and when we looked up public documents proving how he changes his business name in order to move on to the next scam. All this so no one tracks down the dirty trail of bad reviews from all the people he has stolen thousands from. Once again, an obvious scam artist that needs to be put on blast through news stations and most definitely taken to court. We just want our honest hard earned money back so we can move on & stay far away from disgusting people like him.

    I paid $18,000 over to ************************* owner of F&O fences constructions and f&o ornamnetal services *** to provide services of material and installation of a fence. This money was paid back in May of 2022 and until this date this person has done nothing. He is a perfect lier, makes people believe everything to take the deposit from you and not to deliver the work NEVER. He has made me loose so much time, he has told that the material IS READY, and when I show up to the shop tells the material is in the car and the driver is driving around. This person is irresponsable, lier and fraudulent person that does not care about doing legal business. He has threatened me couple of days ago that if I keep bothering him and calling him a liar, keep telling me that I dont know who he is and better for me keep calm before something can happen to me. I call this guy an impostor. BBB has already 3 complaints from him and has done nothing to stop from doing business. If we dont stop him more people will fall in his trap. Please, whoever reads this, do not do business with him. This is the worst nightmare that can happen to anyone. Please BBB help here having to understand this guy to deliver my job or to not keep lying to me or just to give me my money back so I can move on.
