1 starSo unprofessional they are. I bought a fence cover from them even the amount they recommended and at the end of the job I have one bundle unopened it. Try to returned and they made a BS explanation about the fence contractors and how they implemented that policy. I still explain I am a homeowner not a contractor that even bought the amount they recommended but still denied to return the money. Thats why many times businesses before they know it they have to close doors. Take your business somewhere else. They dont deserve your money.

Our company has been established in the market for almost 40 years and we have always had the same sales and return policies. As we explained to the customer, we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges. It is posted on our sales counter as well as on our invoices. For other hand on our invoices clearly states measuring or calculating your project is a courtesy, we are NOT responsible for miscalculations. Customer is responsible for verifying. In this case in specific we asked the customer more than one time the length he wanted to cover,and we sold him the exact quantities he need it. We are NOT responsible for the way the customer performed the installation that resulted in excess of material.Nevertheless, we offered to make an exception if he needed to purchase something else, we would use the full price of the material previously purchased against any other items or variation of items to match or exceed the cost of such item.
The customer refused saying he didnt need anything else and saidkeep the material, I dont need the money. Of course, the material is here for him to pick up when he gets a chance. We have it separated and marked with a card as remainder.
