    My business closed so I contacted this company on 11/3/23 to cancel. I was told I would receive a package to return the 2 GPS devices. I did not receive any package and have been billed twice over the last two months. I tried contacting them over their chat on 1/5/2024 but no chat agent is available. I also called and left another message. I contacted my bank to stop the charges but they keep submitting them and will not close my account and stop billing me no matter what I do.

    Good day,

    We regret any inconvenience experienced by ******************. When ****************** initiated her cancellation, we shared that in order to process the cancellation our GPS tracking device(s) (hardware) must be returned to us by the customer. To facilitate the process, we sent a postage paid mailing label and we paused account billing. I attached the first mailing label that we sent to ****************** which is dated 11/14/23. 

    After 30 days from the mailing of the postage, we resumed billing because the devices had not been returned per the "Terms" of our customer agreement. The cancellation cannot be processed without the device return. If the devices are lost, ****************** needs to notify us and in these cases, we process a $50 fee per device and complete the cancellation.

    ****************** contacted us again regarding her cancellation and we sent another postage label on 1/9/24 (also attached).

    In response to this inquiry, we sent another postage label today. As previously instructed, ****************** needs to use the postage label and return our hardware. Her billing is currently paused and Fleetr will process the cancellation once we received the hardware.
